She didn't seem to sure what happened. You should have stressed that you had a zero balance when you claimed the $20, and asked her whether the WR accumulated even if you bust out. They DO naturally accumulate if you stack bonuses, even depost ones. WR have only ever been cancelled if you reach ZERO.

It is possible that they have altered the system so that they STILL carry over if you take SUCESSIVE free chips, without depositing.

She was more honest than other chat reps, but it does seem that this issue is some kind of dirty little MGS secret that they don't like to talk about, and try to fudge plausible replies to players so that they don't probe too deeply.

Perhaps a complaint to eCogra would be in order, so that this dirty secret does at least get admitted to by MGS, and that it is NOT just players not understanding how bonuses work, which is what they would like us to believe.

This has happened before, and when called out here, reps have eventually said it was a bug, and corrected it, yet YEARS later it keeps on happening. Looks more like a scam to me, correct when noticed to the extent that the player cannot be convinced they are wrong, but kept in place because if the player fails to notice, or accepts it as something that is supposed to happen, the casino has much less chance of having the player cash out.

My balance was Zero when I accepted the bonus, to be honest I did not make to much of a fuss about it as it was a free chip, just hope this does not happen with a deposit match bonus hence my posting here to make players aware.

I had a great run though and still made the $3900 wagering off the $20 chip and cashed out $175 - just hope they follow through and pay up :)

I haven't played there in a long time so maybe its changed but don't you login into a central page and select which casino you want the bonus chips redeemed to? That is how I used to it.

If so, its hard to believe you would miss having $110 in bonus chips in there.

Yes your correct- Logged in to Golden Tiger Casino and from the Casino Rewards Page chose to redeem the $20 free chip at Golden Tiger.

My bonus balance was $20 at first then I had a big hit on Jungle Sevens Slot and after I posted the screen shot here I went back to play and noticed that my bonus balance had changed from $20 to $130.

i had similar experience with one of bellerock casinos. I received 25$ bday chips and all wining from the first game i played (about 100) became a bonus. So i had to do crazy x120 or something playthru. I have not deposited prior to that in a long time so i don't remember if i've taken any bonuses before but my balance was 0. Anyways, its was the hottest streak i ever experienced with a mg casino and i cashout 1000 $ for my bday. :D Luckily they don't limit winnings from free chips.

wow almost rogue like: zero balance is zero balance to me, of course no way in h*ll should any playthrough from lost deposits or bonus be carried over, thats totally ridiculous.

Anyone ever heard of funds SENT to Neteller taking 2 buiness days to arrive ?

I Withdrew last Sunday, It is now the 3rd business day, Here is my chat with Live support after I had received an email saying that my withdrawal has been processed to Neteller :

Load of BOLLOCKS. Once SENT, Neteller is INSTANT either way. What may take "x business days" is where the funds are MARKED for processing to Neteller, but the processing between merchant account and player account has not been actioned. Many casinos process withdrawals in batches, rather than individually, so any delay is down to the addition of the withdrawal to the next batch, and the actual processing of said batch. The longest this delay should be is 24 hours, for casinos who only process a single batch per day. Longer delays means they don't always process every day, and may only process a batch once it has reached a certain size.

Ask Neteller, THEY will tell you it's instant once they receive the command from the merchant to transfer the funds to the player. Neteller themselves HAVE NO INBUILT DELAY, the system is "real time".

I wonder if the lag time had to do with the stupid CR rule that all withdrawls sit pending for 48 hours. 48 hours on top of the processing time does drag out the whole withdrawl process. I would love to hear from a CR rep as to why they have such a clearly underhanded procedure in place. Even Stevie Wonder can see it is all just a ploy to get us to reverse withdrawls. Anyone at CR care to elaborate??? I hope so, but unfortunately think not!

Oh, :lolup:, Renée, the rep appearing here will end in funny outcome, I am sure. These customer srevice replies are also familiar to me, to which the rep's answer is: 'The casino is not a charity group.' So guys, shut your mouth, and go to bed :eek:

But taking it seriously, they are doing these cheatings all the time. Personally, I tried to be cheated with my 600$ withdrawal. I have my rewards account frozen, in spite of it I alawys received the welcome bonuses, and could play with them, so I didn't took care of that dumb reward account. When I completed my wagering requirements on the bonus in the 600$, I went to the live chat to make sure everything was completed, that is no wagering is needed any more to release the bonus. The bonus balance was at 0$, so I could have cash out instantly, but I always like to ask for a confirmation about wagering req. is done before cashing out bigger amounts. Just to have a proof if the casino is trying to cheat later. And interestingly when I went to the Live chat the operator told me that I cannot cash out, because my reward account is locked (because I was indentified as a bonus abuser, that is ridiculous anyway), and I have to demonstrate I am a honest guy with playing more. Of course I didn't believe in these tactics, went to the cashier, that allowed me to cash out of course, and I got the withdrawal in days in spite of this stupid threatening.

This group has many evil tactics. The neteller problem is just the minor one, the more serious is that they have some hazy rules like that bonus abuser thing that does not clearly define when you can become an abuser, so the casino can decide it in their own favour. Basically they can indentify you as an abuser any time regardless of what you do by having that general rule in their terms. The case happened with th thread starter just proves that they can interpret their rules as they want. What is not honest here is that these free chips that they give come automatically. The system credits them, and they send a welcome letter to you to use them. However they mention it nowhere, it is not written anywhere in their rules that if you use many of them, you will be indentified as a bonus abuser, or you will have carryover of wagering req. They have some passage in the rules saying if you don't demonstrate that you have serious intentions to deposit and play, they will close you out. They think it is enough reason to come up with such evil tactics and practices.

And Ecogra will not help, when I sent my complaint, they didn't even reply. I can tell you what reps will say to you anyway when you make a complaint. They will refer to that rule I wrote about, and say they agree you are an abuser.

Somebody here told me the most powerful what you can do is to write a letter to Khanawake and describe your problems. As I was told it will help.

So this bonus abuser thing with free chips and resulting snactions are going on for years now. Someone should step on their feet now.
