I should have seen this coming, but I once again got this email from a "Casino Rewards" site on Villento Casino that I play at...

This is exactly why the 48 hours of pending should be removed since they use it to pull this stuff. I love the casino, but hate these practices. I send Renee_RA a message last time this happened and as I should have expected... Nothing has changed since then. Could you do something about this, CM ?

This stuff has gone on far too long and we need to give them a message. :/

Its not even a good offer - “here - why don’t you jeapordise your balance for the sake of 25% bonus”.

The new bonus rules will stop this practise though, unless they are a second chance bonus, which I doubt.

Only for UK players though. The OP is Canadian :(

Why would you reverse a withdrawal only to be locked into wagering for a crappy 25% bonus - do casino's really think we will all clutch at straws (and totally stupid) just to get a little extra play time and lose our money :eek2:

I also received one of these a couple of weeks ago after a withdrawal. I play at CR exclusively and tend to see one of these emails maybe once or twice a year which isn't often considering the amount of time I spend there. But we shouldn't be getting these at all regardless. Hopefully Rene can talk some sense into them as it's a bad practice and I tend to feel disrespected when I get one. As if I'd be stupid enough to go for it.

I dunno if the 25% bonus locks up your funds on Casino Rewards casinos. How this withdrawal even happened is that I took a 125% bonus and how it works is that you get to play with your own cash and if you win, you can cash it out. The "125%" becomes VIP Points that I can use later and I made a $50 deposit so I still have right now $62.50 worth of points to redeem. When I do redeem them, for every $10 of VIP points, I need to wager $300. It is a good system in my book.

I just hope these "Reversal Bonuses" practices can stop!

Dont forget to report this stuff to Bryan by hitting the report button so he can see it or use the @Casinomeister to get his attention. This is against his rules set for accredited casinos so Im sure he would like to know about this and have a chat with them.

I just got this from them now. I am not sure if its enticing someone to reverse but I think its pretty close to the line. Within 3 sentences they use the word reverse withdraw which I think it pretty needless. But I do know the OP is def a nono

Your withdrawal will remain pending in your casino account for 2 business days whilst we process it and during this time you have the option to log in to your casino account and reverse it and continue playing using those funds.

Tap or click Play now above to reverse your withdrawal now.

If you do not reverse your withdrawal and 2 business days pass we will send you your funds on the next business day

Really hope that Renee would have put an end to this behaviour by now.

This has been going on for 5-10 years at Casino Rewards and I dread to think how many people have reversed and woke up the next day feeling like crap.

Unlike 99% of web based casinos, there is no quick way (press a button) to take-a-break for 7 days without contacting support which most of the time is a lengthy hold on web chat.

I'm wondering how they lead such a charmed life on here without being pitted, considering the vile fake news items they (or allegedly their 'marketers') churn out and the absolute no-no of incentivized reversals.

That "Fake News" crap is what eventually got me to sign up to Zodiac Casino in the first place when I used to play there over a year ago. I did check on CM to see if it was accredited, but still... :/

I had an offer for signing up to Villento Casino a few months later and now I don't even bother with playing at Zodiac. One CR casino to play at is enough for me.

The 25 percent reversal bonus, comes with an even bigger bonus, but you probably are not even aware its there - trust me. If not just download spybot for free, and check for yourself. It will appear as "Rivernile casino" which has been disbanded years ago. And don't be surprised if your RTP never gets above 38 percent there after until you lost enough to put you back right where they think you belong - in a hole! 3 of their brands most affected are Villento, which you are playing on, luxury and Classic. Players not under UKGC are most at risk. Many versions of MGS exist. like the Dane market for example and then there are the nefarious ones. Untagged servers out of Malta or elsewhere. Certain governing bodies actually working on behalf of the casinos themselves, just ask Valery Atanasov, that is if he's not sitting at the bottom of the Med right now as we speak. To be fair this which you speak is beyond the rank and doings of any rep.

Yes, those 3 files are normal for any Viper MG download and nothing to worry about. River Nile is probably the name they use for the generic cover-all file.

Can someone explain how currently work their bonuses ? Im know for first deposit bonus in any of their casino rewards brands wagering is a little high ( 60 x bonus ) but for all rest deposit bonuses wagering is summary good - ( 30 x bonus only )

They add all ? deposit bonuses in form casino rewards points form claim and exchange for bonus money. So when they send me example 50% bonus up to example 100$ for let say blackjack ballrom casino ( but same weekly offer can be use one time in any of their over 30 casinos ) then if im make deposit 200$ then system not credit 100$ bonus instantly - but player need go to sections casino rewards and claim it ( its possible chose casino where this points worth 100$ can be claim ).

So in this case under casino rewards group if they offered example 50% bonus up to 100$ and they credit it after deposit in form of casino rewards points cash for claim - then player can deposit 200$ - got credited his casino rewards points - and basicly play with 200$ just like real money deposit without any wagering and without any restrictions ( only requiments minimum x 1 wagering beafore withdrawal ) and next ( after player lose or make withdrawal from this deposit ) Player can use his points from previous deposit in same casino or in one of their 30 brands- > just like free secund chance to win with 100$ bonus with 30 x wagering and without max cashauts.

Or this shoud be done and claim for one bullet deposit + bonus for one session not for 2 separate sesion.

Im play last time with my deposit 200$ + casino rewards points worth 100$ bonus in one bullet thats means - Im make deposit and claim my casino rewards points for the same casino and im start play with 300$ for one single session But if they offered their bonuses in form of casino rewards points then is allowed in this group use their bonuses for 2 bullet - 2 session - Firt Opt in for bonus next make deposit - without claim instantly casino rewards points - and play with real cash for first sesion - Player lose it or make withdrawal after doubled balance - and back to his waiting casino rewards points - claim it for free secund chance . This is allowed or no ?

As to be expected @Renee_RA @Casinomeister

I just received this in my email today. If Casino Rewards didn't have 48 hours of pending periods and also processed cashouts on weekends, CS wouldn't be able to try and get you back in with awesome AKA BS offers like this!

If there was an MG only casino out there that had a download client and also had fast payouts, I would likely be playing there already just because of this crap! :/

This group should be in rogue pit .. This is so many times and dont want to stop "reversal bonus offers"

I'm still a Casino Rewards player.... I would not call them rogue, but I think that they have had ample time to stop with the reversal bonus incentives, and should be moved back to the grey zone. Sorry Renee.

@FAZI1, I think if you consistently only deposit with a bonus and always use them as a second chance bonus, you will find your reward points "locked". I am not sure I've made a bonus-free deposit in the past ten years with them. I always take them to play with along with my deposit, and I've yet to be bonus banned.

This is the least of your problems with this outfit, surprised they which is MG were not sitting beside Zuckerberg in front of Congress. Just think how they came to be. 2006 when the UIGEA came to be microgaming was a dead duck, not surprisingly as their software was always subpar anyway. And here we are today with members complaining about reversal bonuses un aware of the intelligence gathering of this outfit who sold out and in so many words untouchable by you or any jurisdiction. Their business goes beyond that which this forum entails. Just leave it at that.

This is exacly how im play in this group Deposit + bonus for one session - Im noticed they suspended / locked casino rewards points after player make some withdrawal - They send me few times 125% " return back " player bonus and when in finnaly take it and lucky finish wagering and put withdrawal request - They locked me for claim casino rewards points and in same time their promotional departamend still send me in email regular 100% or 150% bonuses or 10€ free

So why they still send all this emails with personal ? regular bonuses for players with locked casino rewards points ?- if is technically not possible use any of this offer after deposit? Im asked support how im can unlocked acces to claim my bonuses - so they say you need play often ...

But hmm why would anyone decide to play without bonuses in casino with 48h reserve withdrawal period. ? Only reason why customers play in casino from this group = good bonuses - after they locked casino rewards points and banned for claim bonuses then - For raw real money cash deposits without bonuses mosts players choose high quality casinos / brands with instant withdrawals. How many customers leave this group beacouse their strange rulez with locked points . They not offered enough high quality service in general to play in thier brands without bonuses - so im belive if they locked claimed casino rewards points for customers then probably high % customers just leave them and never come back.

"Reversal Riches" part is pure gold

dont they have ukgc license too? ugkc has fined quite a few casinos because of RG issues, and this surely fits the description too, no?

I don't believe they are UKGC licensed. This wouldn't be permitted. 'Reversal bonus' is simply incitement and encouragement of irresponsible gambling, end of.
And yes, I cannot believe they've been pulling this stunt for so long and remain accredited.

Oh yeah, and that's notwithstanding the idiotic fake news ads still emerging on antisocial media by their 'marketing company'.
