Casino Complaint Casino Reward Group, be aware of certain terms and conditions

Casino rewards casino (quatro casino) send me offer for bonus and i deposit and claim it. After i try to transfer to my account i get message like this:

"We regret to inform you that the redemption of your Casino Rewards VIP points has been temporarily suspended. This is a precautionary measure the casino has taken to ensure it is not subject to promotional abuse. You will continue to earn VIP points to your Casino Rewards account for your game play as well as for any deposit offers you participate in. To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards member casinos. Your points should be available to you soon! If you feel you have reached this page in an error or if you have any questions please contact our 24 hour, 7 days a week call center either by email at support@casinorewards.com or through our toll free numbers."

I think like what a hell and asking from live chat. Part of Operators answer is this:

Sabrina: Unfortunately you can not use the bonuses at the moment.

Sabrina: We just want to see that a player has a real attention in betting and risking his own money.

Sabrina: Unfortunately tthis is hard to say. It depends on how often you bet and deposit.

Vincenzo: Your bonuses will be available for you to redeem once the suspension is lifted Jarmo

you: And that happen when ?

Vincenzo: Unfortunately I am unable to tell however if you email Risk Management they will have a better answer for you

Never deposit there anymore. Be warned.

I got this after a first deposit at Luxury Casino on Saturday evening. Admittedly, I have been doing a bit of "bonus whoring" within the CR network lately. So while I was a little bit pissed about it at the time, I could see their point. What I don't entirely get is this....in order to "take advantage" of these signup bonuses, I have to make a deposit. Does that not constitute sufficient risking of one's own money? I could, for example, on one of the casinos that does the "one hour freeplay", (BJ Ballroom, Cooks, Classic, Mondial, Share, Yukon, Tiger etc) take the "instant bonus" (which as far as I know does not require having to make ANY deposit, not even a pound/dollar) instead of the bonus that involves having to make one. If someone can "clue me up" on this, I would appreciate it :)

One thing I SHOULD clarify is this....after I had played and lost my deposit money on Luxury, my match bonus money DID appear in my account 12 hours later. Which I promptly played and lost lol. The question is...did I get the bonus so soon only because I had lost? Then again, if I had been winning, they could stick the bonus into my account to ensure that I could not cash out while in profit. So maybe that question is stupid :)

Anyhow, I then made a first deposit on Zodiac on Monday (100% match) and my bonus was given to me within the usual 5 minute waiting period. Maybe they were just "testing me" to see what I was planning to do. It may be worth noting that out of all the CR casinos, Luxury's 100% "match limit" (of £150) is greater than all the others (except for Villento I think). Quatro's is £100, nostalgia's is £80, Zodiac's is $100 (c.£62). To be honest, if the bonuses were not there, I would probably deposit less often or just as often but for smaller amounts (as opposed to not at all - I have happily deposited at 32Red a few times knowing I won't get a bonus as an example).

As for cashouts, I have cashed out twice (for a greater than 100% profit) on both Casino Kingdom and Captain Cooks. To me, CR honouring
cashouts is way more important than CR honouring bonuses. If I were to deposit £100 (with or without bonus) then go on a roll and build it up to £800, go to cashout and then have it rejected and confiscated, THAT would piss me off. To not get a bonus pales into insignificance in comparison.

The rules are that you have to make at least one deposit without claiming a bonus between any two bonuses where you do claim one. (I've always had this rule clearly posted on my site to alert players BEFORE they sign-up).
After most other MG casinos recently "lost the plot" with their bonus WR's, the CR Group do now have some of the best bonus offers around, so it's only fair enough to have this rule I suppose.

Cheers for that KK. That now makes some sense as to why the bonus was not given to me straight away. I'll bear that in mind for the future :)

I am not going to go back and read terms unless I'm taking a bonus, but I think it's one ND bonus without a deposit in between.

While it has not happened to me that my rewards account is locked, that rewards account includes loyalty points you earn. It's not uncommon for a player who is ahead to be told this.

If you have VIP points available, cash them out after a session, don't try to save them up.

They don't tell players what they expect in deposits, and it is rare for them to release them.

hi pointless having a moan @ jas the point is that money has indeed come from your wifes account , you should of made sure that the account was in her name then you wouldnt be here moaning about them taking your 500 quid , not your 500 to point out its your wifes 500 quid ) , there far to much fraud online as it is now , yes you both have the same account but you both also have different account numbers there is where the problem is ,you should of been upfront with them take it on the chin move on & dont take it out on meister members here there only giving out a different look & advice & good advice , i see it as youve taken moneys from your wifes account yes it well maybe your moneys but the fact is you should of used the proper account details , best of luck in future & please dont take it the wrong way )

Hi there ,

Its only fraud if a court says so as far as the letter of the law goes as long as the person has authorisation which can be reduced to writing this would remove any wrong doing not to mention the fact that its also a family member in this case a wife which complicates matters even further because of the close relationship in a legal sense.
However rules are rules pursuant to the terms and conditions of the casino in question some are more let us say flexible than others when it comes to "stretching" those rules but at the end of the day if you agree to a contract in this case it is assumed that you read the terms and conditions when you hit the agree button your 5 tenths of the way there and when you advanced consideration in the form of money authorised by said wife then you are engaged in a binding agreement and subject to the T&C's.

My advice is to just move on and make sure you have your own account(s) next time and carefully go over the rules of each casino .

We're not talking about fraud in a legal sense.

Courts are irrelevant.

Using someone else's bank account etc is considered unacceptable everywhere with online casinos to prevent multiple bonuses etc. The word fraud is used more as a convenience, as it fits best compared to others.

Common sense would dictate in a general aspect that to use someone's bank account that was not their own would be unacceptable as a matter of principle which indeed Nift as we well know wouldn't be accepted as a matter of prudence on the part of the known Casino World and as a common business practice.
As for Courts being irrelevant that ones questionable and I apologise if I sound arrogant here im not trying to be just stating a legal point of view : if a Casino is located within the Legal Jurisdiction of a Country they would be subject to the judiciary and legislative body that governs it just like any other legal entity.

As we have all seen in many such case's in the past the choice of terminology can take vast form's indeed fraud would be a term used and has probably been used many such times as well as "Your an Advanced Player" , "We Don't Like Your Playstyle" , "Your an Advantage Player" , "Your name is a Fraud Database blah blah" , and I think one gets the picture.
Though one observation I have made of the Online Synergy of E-Commerce is there is a very large grey area with regards to the governance of disputes by a body of any Legal Clout : though that being said the system's in place regards to the gambling aspect seem to function at least 95 percent effectively.

Though as the Internet Grows and E-Commerce Expands I envisage that an International Body Most Probably will be founded in accordance with the United Nations in Order to Help Our Ever Changing world as we advance through this Modern age.
