Is your account verified at that casino?
Is it a casino on here with a decent rep, as quite often they can over ride stuff like this?
This is where I think casinos make a big deal out of things. If your bank account and old card were verified then the casino must have been happy that everything was legitimate.
You then explain to them that your old card was lost (in this case) or expired. In either case the old card cannot be used as once a new one is issued the old one becomes obsolete. You verify the new card that is linked to the same account with the casino and away to go.
Am I missing something? I can’t see how that has anything to with AML.
Well they should have done because they were taking deposits from you via that card (what’s good for the goose and all that).Yes, a little bizarre. Assuming they hadn't properly validated it previously although was never asked for a copy.
