No, they have a really bad reputation.
They are "not recommended" by most of the main casino review sites on the net - mainly due to their very long cash-out times.
However, this group (Ace Revenue Group + Virtual Group) have been trying to improve their reputation over the last couple of years. I would say, that if you don't mind waiting a month for your withdrawals and can resist the temptation to reverse, they probably are OK.
