Casino Red Stag does not want to verify my account

Hello. Casino Red Stag does not want to verify my account. I first sent my ID card to this casino for verification, utility bill and a selfie with my ID card. Then the casino asked for another document. I also sent my driver's license and selfies with my driver's license. As a result, the casino started asking for more documents. I wrote that I had no documents for longer, but the casino did not answer me. And this happened several times. What should I do in this situation?

Is it called Casino Red Stag or Red Stag Casino. If the latter then PM the Rep as they are accredited on here @Sloto tho not been online for a while. If it is that casino maybe @LadyJelena can give them a nudge to come online.

If it is same casino and no joy PM'ing Rep then do a PAB. Make sure you read the rules tho. And @maxd will contact them and sort it if possible.

So had a quick chat with live chat, if it's this bunch, I don't think you have a leg to stand on. Unlicenced. Below is what they call their licence.

Lol, sorry but the rep seems useless and the casino seems amateurish. I wouldn't play there anymore if I were you.

No, the rep is great. She's been handling player's issues over the years and has a good level of trust with members. Just a bit slower to handle problems but she eventually comes through.
I'm gonna have to take your word for it. Other than this topic, she's last posted in january of 2021. Either way, the casino itself seems pretty shitty. Would never play there myself.

Got curious and went digging a bit in their t&c.

If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
Doesn't seem legal.
26. If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 45 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company. All depositing accounts that are inactive for a 3 months period will be deemed to be inactive and will be closed. Non-depositing accounts with more than 15 days of inactivity will be deemed to be inactive will be closed and funds will be voided.
45 days seems a bit short for them to just confiscate your money. Most decent casinos have a way longer period.

Also, we should just trust this? They made their own made up certification. LOL
