I am looking for any info on Casino Penthouse, do they pay, are their games fair etc, postive or negative experiences, any info would be great.

dont play penthouse at this time , they lock accouts without telling the custumers ,the accouts are set to inactive for investigation..

just stay away i think... seems rouch to me , no info about the managent on their homepage as well.

Hi Ben,

Please don't start bashing a casino without referring to specific incidences. If you have a complaint, you can PAB or post it in the forum and either I or the casino, or someone else can solve it for you. Thanks!

Just my two cents to the issue.

The software is futurebet, and MOST futurebet sites are known to be running on very small budgets. There have been issues with futurebet sites in the past, so why not now.

Personally ive been playing a few futurebet sites INCLUDING casinopenthouse and gotten paid. But as i was an affiliate to one now dead futurebet site, it was a one man operation.

Im not claiming casinopenthouse is doing anything wrong, they did pay me, and they did pay me fast.

Lets see how this progresses.

Are you sure they are still affiliated with Futurebet? I've been paid several times from them. At first it took forever, then the processor changed (from Futurebet) and payouts were faster.

Really, the only game I like there is 3card poker. I find the vp wierd and the slots strange as well.

I think Nick the Manager is a real stand up guy, though. He always answered my emails about slow payment fast and he did help me out.

I was paid on one of the free tournaments.

I won a prize and full-filled the wager requirement and they paid me my winnings. Took a few days over some Neteller issue but I was paid and that was on no deposit so that tells you something when they pay on the free chips that there will be no problem with deposits. I am not saying that is the test but if there paying on them I would imagine depositing is ok.

This is a reply to ivy.

The software is futurebet, so i dont know what you mean by the processor being different. I think futurebet processes all the withdrawals of their clients of the software, but someone in the client end must first approve the withdrawal.
Maybe someone else can verify this, im not 100% sure.

All I know is the payouts were taking a week then they sped up and it seemed they were coming from elsewhere. I guess I don't really know for sure. I'm too lazy to email Nick at the moment, but if anyone has questions for him I know he'll answer you asap, manager@casinopenthouse.com.

I had several payouts on free tournament wins and it was never a problem to be paid my winnings.
