Partouche has been around for awhile - it uses a rather obscure gambling software called Externet World, or did last time I looked at it.

That is some of the cheapest software I've
seen. The slot machines are out of sync with
the spinning and sound, the VP freezes up,
and it has an overall "cheesy" look and feel
to it.

I would NOT play there.
