Does anyone know if there are any plans for Casino Merlin to pay their outstanding withdrawals now that they are no more. Or is time to initiate chargebacks?

casinomerlin owes me $200.50 in winnings, i initially deposited $500 with firepay, which i did get back to my firepay account, can i "chargeback" the $200.50 in winnings to my firepay account? any other suggestions?
