My beaming assessment of CasinoMAX:
The support is a class act. After a rather nice win and subsequent betting frenzy... I noticed an issue with comp points not accruing properly.
I contacted support and instead of just dismissing me or feeding me a bunch of bull, the Rep honestly admitted their lack of
knowledge regarding the situation, asked permission to confer with a colleague, and promised to contact me via email with the requested information. (Thanks, Aiden)
Less than 12 hours later (Totally fine by my standards because a girl's gotta sleep, right? lol) I received the promised communication and was forwarded to the resolution. (Thanks, Paul!)
Not only was the issue solved, but my day has started out on a bright note because the Rep was a BLAST to chat with. (Thanks, Carl!)
You know? Maybe it doesn't seem like such a big deal, but for me, good communication between myself and a casino's staff means everything.
These reps are honest, they genuinely listen, and they do what they say they're going to do.
I don't think these reps could sell a ketchup popsicle in hell to a woman wearing white, and that's just fine by me-- because I've had my fill of those messy bastids!
