Casino-Mate and House of Jack are sister casinos. Once accredited, they are now in the grey zone at casinomeister due to minor issues apparently. Here at casinomeister it is stated that they are licensed in Curacao. Their terms (7.3 -

) also state: "7.3 We are licensed in Curacao [...]"

However, I couldnt find their license and it is not linked on their websites.
Live Chat told me when asked about licensing jurisdiction that he is "not allowed to provide that information at the moment".

Anyone playing there and has some recent experience? Does anyone have a link to their license?

*cant find their license
*they cant tell you
*grey-zoned

with the huge list of accredited casinos at hand, why are you even contemplating here?

I've stopped playing there because of this. They were sold this month, sold to who knows what. I have posted about them not showing their license and have told others to beware. And the reason they are grey zoned is not for a minor reason. They should in-fact be rouged IMO! And I use to be a faithful customer.
Further note. They pulled out of UK and out the EU. So laws don't apply!

the old Microgaming-based version of Casino-Mate was also regulated with EU-License (Malta)
if i remember right...did they lost his EU-License & CM-Accredited Status after there transfer threw this new one "Multiplatform"
t&c has changed into some important user/country restriction for UK/US members & some undefined new rules/paragraphs
(maybe the same way that GoWild/Wildjackpots has gone)

for us german user doesnt exist any new restrictions there & we're allowed to play & transfer money on it...
my last & only deposit was at (Old-Version)
because i have withdrawal my hidden-freespins winnings once on (New-Version) without any problems

These are the facts that I know. I had a nice nap btw  Crazy Vegas, Golden Riviera, Casino Mate, House of Jacks went multi 7 months ago. All casinos except House of Jacks which is roughly a little over 7 months old are licensed with MGA and show their license clearly on their web sites. Star Partner sold everything and Golden Riviera, Crazy Vegas, will be gone as of April 26th. That will leave Casino Mate and House of Jacks left. They will not be dealing with MGA anymore ( from their mouths). I am not allowed to know who the new owner is, not allowed to have direct contact with management, If I have a beef, which I have had a few, take it up with someone who cares. They do not have to put their license number on their site ( out of their mouths again) because they dont follow under MGA. And " their mouths" is the call centre. So with that, money missing out of my account, and 70% RTP after large sums deposited plus other things. I say NAY! :) Also they have a huge selection of MG games, so I wouldn't be blaming that.

I play at both and had wins and withdrawals with no problem.

Verification was fast and easy and I found that House of Jack is quicker when withdrawing.

Both very good casinos for me anyway

They have a license. The reason they are being coy about it that they believe it allows them to fly under the radar so to speak. Caveat - and most of you should know this - you take a risk with these casinos since you are are in the casino's hands, and have to abide by their goodwill and temperament. There is no one to turn to if or when you have a problem except out ADR service for example. And escalating any of these issues is problematic. Duh.

Stay alert - stay alive.

Rule of thumb is - if there is no licensing info on a site, it is probably licensed somewhere in the Caribbean. Then the choice is yours.
