Hi all

After some advice here.

Logged into casino luck this morning to redeem my bonus points. I received £53 for my points.

I played through the £53 and didn't win and had a balance of £1.98 left. I had a pending withdrawal and reversed it (£2300) with a view of using the £300 to play with and withdrawing the £2000.

I go to withdraw and it's telling me I need to wager £1700 before I can withdraw.

I've been on with live chat who are telling me the playthrough/wagering is attached to your whole balance so I must playthrough to withdraw. My arguement is that the £2300 wasn't in the account when I got the bonus money, then she tells me the bonus requirements were added when the withdrawal was reversed as they cannot add bonuses when you have a pending withdrawal.

My arguement is the wagering is attached to any amount over the £2300 I reversed. They are being so stubborn and unhelpful and I am seriously pissed off.

There was no warning whatsoever about this happening when I reversed it. All I can see is that this is a way for them to get me to try and lose what I was going to withdraw.

Is this fair what they're doing?

Just to be clear on the numbers I had £1.48 in the balance when I logged in, received £53 from my points and left the balance at £1.98. Reversed the £2300 and now the balance is at £2301.98.

I believe the bonus is 35x. I have £1715 left to wager apparently.

Hi ecopac,

The WR shall not be applied to the cancelled withdrawal part. Only the comp that it was originally attached to. You should be able to withdraw but the ~£55. I will look into this and sort it out for you. Please PM me your username on the site so that I know what account to look for.

Ok so I am going to bring this up because despite Eric being super efficient and sorting the issue out, I am not sure what it is about this casino but they seem to operate stall tactics to the max - why is there a 48hr waiting period before processing a withdrawal, there is simply no reason other than they want you to reverse it and lose it. Why does it take so long to get documents verified? It's all geared around dragging out the payment as long as possible as far as I can see.

When they send the documents email, nowhere does it state that you cannot reply to that email with the docs like you would expect. Everythnig about trying to cashout here leaves a bad taste in the mouth. You know what doesn't help either, when the live chat people insist on finishing every sentence with :) even when delivering bad news.

Been waiting a couple of days now, I just want my docs verified and my withdrawal processed. In an age where we have an abundance of online casinos to go and play at, dragging out withdrawals is not a way to keep players.

Seems that there is some hard problems now. I have got a withdrawn open over nearly 2 weeks and livechat replying: "There is a peak". I asked now again and they say: "Financial staff have been sick", "Maybe next week it is paid out". I have not got before any problems.

This casino is still one of casinomeister's accretided casinos. But cant really recommend them.

Cant know sure what is happening. At first they asked id, then later said these other things and I have been a vip gold member quite long time.

I got a bigger payment at nextcasino not long ago. So this surprised me. Only good thing is now that I found those topics about Aspire Global.

The sum is 451€ which is waiting 06, april 2018 and is still open. The strange thing is also that 5. april 2018 my withdraw 270€ was accepted. Also those livechat answers are something which are not so good even I speaked with native language livesupport. I felt that she was trying tell excuses.

This sum was paid today. I have not seen any other problems but those livechat answers and how they seems not have any connection to the financial staff or tell excuses are something what I didnt expect. The livechat was at first nice so I thought there is not any problems at all. Then 3 days later this sum was not paid so I started asking more these question "How long it takes" and so on. Then those answers were: "Maybe next week, the financial staff have been sick" and so on.
