Casino Loco problems

Hello everyone! Yesterday I took the 100% bonus on Casino Loco. I deposited 100 euros so I had 200 to play with.

Terms:
"Your bonus will be inactivated if you make a single bet of over €5, when a bonus is pending. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting any winnings. Players are not permitted to place bets of 30% or more of the deposited amount in a single gaming round. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting any winnings."


The highest bet I placed was 4.50. I'm done with all the 40x wagering and i'm going to make a cash out. I got this message though.

"Error: There was a problem with your account. Please contact customer support."

Did I in some way break the maximum bet rule? 30% of 100 is 30 euros. And i didnt bet 5 or higher. The withdrawal is on 1100 euros so i'm pretty worried.

Any1 had this problem?

I have heard of it but not familiar with it my self,

Did you check what games are excluded from bonus play, Just could be a routine check, Wanting your I.D, have you tried asking them?

Edit::; I have had a butchers about and all seems ok, I see that they have a 150% bonus
 
Nothing worse than waiting about, Terrible only Monday to Friday, Its abit crazy as Friday in one country could be a Saturday in the next, Whats wrong with theses sites? Gambling and casinos are a 24/7 operation, Maybe try sending an email,

I'm just so worried, its a lot of money. And i didn't break any max bet rules, or played games which was excluded.
 
I no how you feel believe me, I worry over small amounts at well known casinos,

But in fairness the site looks ok, Maybe just need to verify you, More than likely just a stalling tactic also
 
I don't know Casinoloco in particular but I can tell you that this kind of error messages are not uncommon when you make your first withdrawal. It's often part of the security system, especially when you make bigger withdrawals like in your case. Don't be too apprehensive as you did not make any mistakes related to bonus play it should be just fine. Probably you will need to provide the routine ID card, utility bill scans/photos and your money should be on the way soon.

One thing you could look at, if you log in and if they have an account or profile section, take a look and see if there's either an email to send your docs or a place to upload them. At least you could get that done so hopefully it will speed things up on Monday.
