Today I receive in the post (not email) a promotional item - something to do with deposit bonuses on The Dark Knight. I closed my account there a while ago, so I contacted customer support to see if I could reopen it. After a 25 minute wait, I am told that the account has been reopened. At that point I query if LaVida have a UK License. I am then told no and that I will not be able to play.
I have no problem with the above (other than the excessive customer service delay) but why on earth would a casino go to the trouble of actually posting letters to customers in a country where its (former) members are no longer allowed to play????
