Accredited casinos aren't allowed to have outsourced CSR! If you think/know they have outsourced CSR, it's wise to tell Bryan. Bryan has put a lot of effort in creating those standards and I hope accredited casinos do their best to meet those standards.

Well they work for several casinos as they ask you which casino you are playing. I can't say if they are only working for this group or not, especially now since they are under new ownership. One thing I know for sure is they have been clueless in the past even for the simplest thing and you should try to bypass them whenever you can. I've been playing there for several years and had to deal with them dozens of times.

I also posted about them here several times in the past. Wish they'd have a supervisor like Rithen at all times.
 
outsourced, Thats the best word to describe most live help, I have even been told the cs that they only work with a certain casino and had nothing to do with the casino I was talking about, The best thing is I was actually on the casino they had nothing to do with :what:

There only there to make you deposit, offer you silly bonuses ect, & Its getting more common now days, I will tell you I no for a fact that casino that are not related or even part of the same group use the same cs,

Guys when you play with a bonus anywhere, just make sure that you play your balance down to zero before depositing again. Yes, sometimes it sucks when you have to open a new game to play a few pennies but don't take any chance.

It's also advisable to log out and then log back in after zeroing out so that the next deposit is made in a fresh session. The old 9 line slots are very good for effective zeroing because you can set the coin to 0.01 and lines to 1, so even a single penny can be disposed of.

Pending bets can also cause the problem, and sometimes it isn't obvious. You could, for example, be playing a table poker game and on your last go get a useless hand, but you forget to fold it as you leave the game. This then stays in the system as a pending bet.

There are a few problems that result in phantom pending bets which cause WR carry over even if the balance is zeroed before depositing. There are also a few games with odd quirks, such as Max Damage (the arcade game) that needs to be played through to the end of a level to ensure that the system doesn't record it as a pending bet. Multiplayer slots must have no multiplier for the group bonus round as this has been shown to produce the pending bet problem.

Microgaming seem to have developed a function that informs players of pending bets in the system when they log in, so operators should really be using it as it takes the guesswork out of finding the root cause of a WR carry over problem.
