Over the months we've had a few Casino Las Vegas issues cross our desk and the MO has always been the same: slow-payed customers having a devil of a time jumping through all the "verification" hoops which never seem to end. In all cases, including the most recent where the player was asked 20 times to provide documents of various types, the casino never responded to our inquiries on the player's behalf. They usually dragged their feet some more then quietly paid without word or explanation.

Well, we've had enough! This is terrible behaviour, not to mention the monumentally shabby "Customer Service" it represents, so ...

Warning: Casino Las Vegas is slow-paying it's customers by making endless demands for "documents" and then ignoring the customers when they provide the requested materials. Furthermore Customer Service is unforgivably negligent in responding to and dealing with player issues. Avoid Casino Las Vegas!

There's an update to this that may well change the game for the better: CLV has been acquired by a well-known brand in the gaming scene and the new ownership has expressed a strong interest in cleaning up old issues, such as the one that triggered this Warning in the first place.

So, fingers crossed, but it looks like we may be moving this one into the Withdrawn category soon.
