This is my story with Casinoking.com.

I deposited 100 euro into their casino about 1 week ago. I got 100 euro bonus. I played and got my balance to 818 e.
I stopped playing planning to continue with wagering later in the day. Now imagine what happens later. I receive an email
stating that CasinoKing is no more available for Portuguese clients and I cannot deposit or play at their casino. However,
they informed me in the mail, I am free to withdraw any balance available. I login into casino and see that I am only able to withdraw 100 euro of 818 balance. I write to the casino about this. Next day I get 100 euro paid to my Neteller account (without me requesting it). The rest of balance- just disappears. And I get this email from the casino:

"Dear XXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide services in the territory of Portugal.

Therefore, it will not be possible for you to play and complete the wagering. This is why, we have adjusted your account balance to your original deposit amount of €100.00 and sent the amount back to your Neteller account. You should receive the funds instantly.
…………..

Now, the members of this forum, what you think about this situation? Why the casino made me pay more than 700 euro for the change of legislation? Is that fair?

Despite the extremely cool sounding name of this casino... what they have done here is totally unfair and despicable IMHO.

Unfortunately they are ROGUED here, so you wont be able to Pictch-A-Bitch :(

I really don't know what to suggest...

Welcome to the forum!

Sounds to me like you are being screwed over..

I mean, in their terms and conditions, Portugal is not restricted...

The below beginning P are restricted:
Pakistan
Peoples Republic of China
Puerto Rico

I am sure someone will be along to advise better what you can do as I have never heard of this Casino..

At least you can be sure of one thing; there was no malicious intent by the casino to steal the winnings. It's unlikely that a casino would deny service to an entire country to deny an 800 euro win. It's really a question of player fairness and you could probably find that out by asking questions like; were players from Portugal warned?

Casino2014man pointed out that Portugal isn't even listed as a restricted country, so you can be pretty confident that players were not warned.
It might not even be true that the casino is closed to people from Portugal. This can be tested by someone with a Portugal IP signing up at the casino.
