Casino King Denies Bonus after wagering done

I was sent an email from Casino King inviting me to take part in one of their "real cashable" bonuses. I made a $750 deposit. The terms were pretty standard, wager the deposit 15x to receive a 20% bonus ($150). I have gambled with Casino King before and they were pretty straight up.

NOT THIS TIME.

After making more than the required 11,250 in wagers, no bonus. An email to support garners the reply that I am not eligible for the bonus. A conversation with support informs me I was sent the bonus email by "mistake". The bonus confirmation email was also a "mistake". What a load of bull.

I followed their T&C. I did not gamble on prohibited games.

As of right now, they owe me the bonus and apparently have no intention of honoring the terms of their offer. If anyone can offer help, please post a reply here. Thank you.

This one is tuff. CasinoMeister doesn't do Playtec. Spearmaster does, but only for those that sign up through him. Casino King is one of his promoted casinos so if you signed up through him, email him.

After that, I am stumped. Maybe some of the more experienced can direct you of other places to lodge a complaint. You might consider joining the players union and see if they can help.

Belongs to a well-established and large group called Intercontinental Online Gaming Limited. If you are tenacious you might be able to get the Antiguan jurisdictional authorities where they are licensed into gear, but that takes some spurring.

Since late last year Antigua has a new Director of Gaming called Kaye McDonald. She might be more of a livewire than her predecessor and is worth trying. You can lay a complaint here:

Well, after sending an email to accountmanager@casinoking.com, they have granted the bonus. I am most grateful to all who offered help here. Thank you one and all.

I don't think Casino King is a bad casino, they apparently have some unskilled frontline help. Their manager appears to be polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
