Help! I made 2 deposits with SOFORT payment, which is part of Klarna. The payment never showed up in my Jefe casino account, I got an error. The money has been gone from my bankaccount. And now they send me back and fort, they both can't help. SOFORT tells me it has been paid, and the merchant got now confirmation mail. So thats why it doesn't show up. And Jefe tells me that they can't do anything. But hey, they are providing this payment option.
