Casino history altering

Hi just wanted some advice, has anyone had their gambling history changed due to a withdrawal dispute, I might have one with paddy power, I made a withdrawal on 31st December and then reversed it but it didn't show on my account, been messaging them ever since but today I checked my history and there's no history on the 30th or 31st on any kind of betting activity, any advice would be good, it's only a tenner but it's annoying me now

Yes I have they just said there is no history now, but when I first messaged them about it they said the payment was in the payments department and would be processed, did try and tell them that it might be a glitch, as I reversed the withdrawal and it just disappeared, on the 4th I started playing again there and I made another withdrawal and messaged them saying I hope this one goes through, and ever since then they've been using that transaction id to say I've received the payment, all abit confusing, but history has disappeared since before the 1st January
