Hy,

Sometimes i play poker there but they have offer much Bonuses, and when i understand the term then you cant win?
Is it Possible.
Can any explain i mean that when you deposit 10 and you win more and after wagering you must beginning new with 20 real money.

Looks like you can deposit $100, receive $100 bonus, have to wager it 40x, and then your max cashout is $100 with any surplus winnings being removed. It's as pointless as it gets, as effectively you are risking your own $100 in order to have a chance of winning your deposit back.

As this is clearly complete nonsense, it follows that the terms have not been written clearly and they must mean something other than what they say. It's something they need to look at when trying to understand why far fewer players than expected take up the offer, and that a good many who do end up feeling they have been ripped off.
 
It does appear to take the "confuse them until they give up reading" approach. Not sure if that is intentional or not!
 
i think they are a bit unconcentrated over there - they keep offering me no deposit bonuses wich i claim but they never get credited , also match bonus where deposits dont get matched and cs seems to have no clue ...
