I think you got the wrong poster, I didn't call anyone's explanation BS. (At least not in this thread )

But I would still like to know what's wrong with the Casino Extreme/Casino Heat group, as they appear to be the only remaining RTG with (almost) instant cashout. I've recommended this casino to people, and don't want to continue doing so if there's something I've missed.

I remember this whole group being blacklisted. I will try and dig up what I read before and post it here if I can find it. My main reason for not playing at those casinos is the $50 BJ table limits, that is enough for a boycott by me.

Extreme, Heat and Ruby Dragon are (were?) members of the Royal Casino group and they had a dreadful reputation a couple years back when a member of management called Mr.X aka Richard Brooks aka.....Warren Cloud offended many players by both decisions and language.

The word was that he was eased out by the present owners (this has never been reliably confirmed) who then tried to fly right, whilst Warren went on to bigger and better things in Australia and Costa Rica where he is now probably RTG's biggest and most successful casino operator. Warren has recently been trying, with some success to clean up his act.

I can't recall specific details (you would have to search the archives here and at WOL for those) but I think there were a few subsequent smallish incidents, but to the best of my recollection in recent times Royal has in general been behaving itself.

CM rogued or not, Casino Heat, Casino Extreme, and Ruby Dragon are a group that has screwed me out of winnings in the past - tagging me as a "bonus abuser" only after a winning session. When I see any posts saying anything at all positive about this group it makes me want to howl.

DON'T DEPOSIT WITH THESE CHEATING MOTHER EFFERS!!!

I remember

I remember about a year ago (long after warren left the group) i played these places, and i was tagged as bonus abuser also. They did pay me my winnings, but deducted the 100$ of bonus i recieved from my account. That after i had fulfilled the wagering requirements by a big amount.
I didnt mind at the time because they did pay me my winnings of 600-700$. However their behavior has not been the cleanest...
