Bonus Complaint Casino Grand Vegas for some absurd reasons canceled my winnings

Hello. Help me please. Casino Grand Vegas for some absurd reasons canceled my winnings. I recently registered with this casino and activated a no deposit bonus. I fulfilled the requirements for this bonus and put a win on the withdrawal. But after a while I received a letter stating that the winnings had been canceled. The casino explained the cancellation by the fact that before using the coupon you need to make a deposit. I do not understand the reason for canceling the winnings. Before registering, I carefully read the rules. The rules clearly state that as a new player I have the right to use the first no deposit bonus without making a deposit. Why does the casino deprive me of an honest win? I did not violate any casino rules. Help me please.

Just had a quick glance pal.
if you click promotions it takes you to the bonus details.

Highlighted within a black box it shows;
Bonus 1 100%
Bonus 2 150%
Bonus 3 $50 No deposit bonus.

But under that it sais " you have to use the bonuses in that order!"

Unless this happened to be updated after you started to play (unlikely, but wouldn't be the first time a casino has been seen to do that), then perhaps you missed that crucial part and only clicked on 'general gv terms and conditons apply'

Never seen the casino before. Just loaded it and clicked the promotions tab.
