CASINO GRAND BAY

    I have been playing at Casino Grand Bay for a couple of years, have spent quite a bit. I have been reading the string re: not honoring bonusus.
    I have to say that I have never had those problems-ever.
    I agree they could respond to e-mails better, actually read them fully and respond accurately. That would be my only gripe. Yet when I call I always hang up with a smile as the people are so pleasent.
    That being said I maintain loyalty with them as I cashed out once with 400.00 and they honored that within 48 Hrs. I then continued to play at Grand Bay as they proved thay would pay.
    It has been almost a year? I won again, BUT this time for a (what I felt) was a substantial amount. I won on The 14th and it came through as a credit the 17th. This was not with Neteller, (which can be quicker), I was satisfied with that time frame. We had a weekend and Mon. was a Holiday here in the States.
    I was nervous as I would be with anyone. I was nervous because I felt trust with them and hoped they would not disappoint me.
    They came through-no hoops to jump through as they had my info prior. It was GREAT. They were what I expected-I was real lucky and they were honorable and I love them.
    I am signed up with all the Prive's-I pretty well stay with Grand Bay. I don't care for the new Jupiter's interface. RH is fine as are the others. I just feel more faith with Grand Bay-I do know all the support is the same, etc...
    They were fantastic, and I thank them. They really have always been generous and when I had issues they always have treated me as :"the customer is always right".
    Always they have honored the bonus and then some.

    Joined last Feb & first post is heaping praise on Grand Privvy!

    I am sure that the motives will be in doubt, but it depends on how well a player has done with bonuses. I would not expect them to mess around a player who deposits regularly and loses in the long term. I remember that the problems started with GBP accounts, and bulk mailers to GBP account holders not being honoured. I have noticed that their website has been updated to exclude the GBP, but do they still send those "personal" invites?

    Not to me they don't. No emails from any of the Grand Prive casinos for a couple of weeks now. I guess they don't love me anymore. :p

    I get e-mail on Mon-Wed. and Sat.from GB as they have specials those days. Ex: 50% match, etc.. Double points, 25% match, etc... on those days - you must deposit between 6P-12, Eastern time. I don't always take advantage as the playthrough is high, 20x's. whew.
    I have not been spammed by the group.

    fuuny you say that, they told me that all promotions are not available to GBP!
