I have been playing at Casino Grand Bay for a couple of years, have spent quite a bit. I have been reading the string re: not honoring bonusus.
I have to say that I have never had those problems-ever.
I agree they could respond to e-mails better, actually read them fully and respond accurately. That would be my only gripe. Yet when I call I always hang up with a smile as the people are so pleasent.
That being said I maintain loyalty with them as I cashed out once with 400.00 and they honored that within 48 Hrs. I then continued to play at Grand Bay as they proved thay would pay.
It has been almost a year? I won again, BUT this time for a (what I felt) was a substantial amount. I won on The 14th and it came through as a credit the 17th. This was not with Neteller, (which can be quicker), I was satisfied with that time frame. We had a weekend and Mon. was a Holiday here in the States.
I was nervous as I would be with anyone. I was nervous because I felt trust with them and hoped they would not disappoint me.
They came through-no hoops to jump through as they had my info prior. It was GREAT. They were what I expected-I was real lucky and they were honorable and I love them.
I am signed up with all the Prive's-I pretty well stay with Grand Bay. I don't care for the new Jupiter's interface. RH is fine as are the others. I just feel more faith with Grand Bay-I do know all the support is the same, etc...
They were fantastic, and I thank them. They really have always been generous and when I had issues they always have treated me as :"the customer is always right".
Always they have honored the bonus and then some.
