Hi, all is anybody else not able to make contact with the genesis casino group.
My withdrawal has been sat in pending for days ...with the cancel option next to it ?!? I was under the impression reversals were no longer allowed. ?
I have tried to talk to someone through live chat its just an automated response I have tried calling the number provided answer machine I have sent emails no response
have they gone bust without telling us and still taking deposits?
