Casino Friday withdraw issue resolved

Made a withdraw 14/01/21, done that several times at this casino and recived the founds. But now i wait a week, no founds on my bank accout.

So on the 23/01/21 i use their live chat, and get this response:

Kevin, our tech team, and the payments team are working on this issue. The withdrawal will be in your bank account by Tuesday at the latest.
(04:26:46 PM) KEVIN SIMONSEN: Ok, i'll wait until then. If i make a withdrawl now or in the future, will this happen again ?
(04:27:28 PM) Saso: No no. It was one time technical issue. We are really sorry about this

Well, guess what, no money in my accout, so i wait a few weeks and make contact again 05/02/21

(03:45:24 AM) Erik: I will have a look to your account, now.
(03:48:08 AM) Erik: We have news about the issue with your bank in your country.
The issue has been resolved with your payment provider and the withdrawal are going to be credited in your own bank in the end of the week.
In this case, this is the last update that we receive from the payment team.
At the moment we will again, kindly ask you to wait as the payment team did resolve the issue, the players will receive the missing withdrawals in the end of the week.

Well, what do you know, no money in my bank account, third time they said it would be on my account shortly.

If you want to get paid by a casino, i would stay away from casinofriday for sure, i have been playing casinos for years, on guts, unbet and many others, but never had a casino lie to me as casinofriday have done, never had a problem with any other casino getting my win tranferred to me. I made a withdrawl from another casino yeasterday, was on my bank account today.

Stay away from casinofriday !!!
 
Casino Friday is a relatively new casino which has just been reviewed by us. They look promising - operated by the orginal operators of Guts and Rizk Casino.

Have you tried Eco Payz ? What withdrawal method are you using, I know there are rules in place for the banks just like its impossible to deposit with a Visa if tagget as gambling - money will bounce. So if you are using a bank transfer I'm just saying, don't expect that to work as Norwegian authorities made laws some years ago clearly prohibiting banks recieving funds from casino's not licensed or so.

I have also done withdrawal with Casino Fridag, a large one I'd say aswell, Eco payz - no problem at all! Done in 2 days or so including verification process I found them very professional personally.

I used bank, but, i have recived bank transfers from several other casinos durring this time. The problem is i'm not getting the founds on my bank account, or player account, so i can't use another method, like muchbetter.

The new date is 22 or 23 of this month, we will see

Why don't you contact your bank and specifically ask for that they check if there have been attempts to send you money, because they will see if the transfer were made. The problem is the system (bank) automatically bounces the transfer, but again, the bank has ab entry in your statment clearly stating that the transfer was there and rejected. I personally experienced this and done this myself, with payouts from bingo.com bouncing and bingo,com having to spend like 20 days before being able to detect they got the money back when sending the money.

I'm guessing this is the same problem for you - and different casinos are different rules in the bank. "in a perfect world" no casinos should be able to send you money to your bank account - but they are not all flagged yet. I would highly recomend you getting Eco Payz wallet - and transfer money from Eco Payz to your bank account will never be a problem. Also - remember all you need to do to access withdrawals with Eco Pays, deposit 100 with Eco Payz and voila - don't need to wager it either.

I've an eco Payz account, when i try to deposit to it, i just get an error. I've SNN bank, tried my GF eco payz too, DNB, same problem.

When i deposit, i choose zestPay, use "bankid" and fill out the stuff, and i get this:

So, i was supposed to get the founds within wednessday 24.02.21, and if i didnt recive the founds by that that day, they said they would put money in my player accout wednessday 24, i have recived nothing. Sendt a mail and they said it should be on my bank account on Thursday 25, before 17.00, i recived nothing. So this will be the 6th time i've been told a day, or within a day, and still nothing.



Nothing in my bank account and nothing in my player account

Fredrik at casinofriday just added 700 euro to my account, told me to make a new withdrawl, and i get to keep the 650 euro first withdrawl, so i must say thats very generous of them (him). Hope to recive it next week, if not i will have to see if i can make a deposit to my Ecopayz, but having problems with banktransfer to that option, just get an error. Will go out and buy a paysafecard and try to deposit to eco that way.

Bank transfer will always work to get the funds in there, personally I use the Thrustly and Zestpay usually (the old app has Thrustly aswell as Zestpay - they basically are the same). I have no gain in recommending eco payz other than as an advice, it's the quickest way to get your winnings out - and safest aswell back to own account. They do charge all the way eco payz,. but you they all do. You also get to order that master card, so when you cash out you can go straight to the shop and spend the money! :D Highly recommended!

If you do not already have ut, or if not banned by them for different reasons many are, Revolut is also a great and fast sollution with its own Visa card to use for gambling. Check it out - "Revolut".
