    Dear Nicole,

    I apologize up front for doing this to you, but ( and that means I am going to do it anyway) I think it's great that you've added new games and options, but do you think you could get one lousy customer service guy to respond to my emails and change my FirePay expiration date for me? I have sent four now in a months time. No responses to my requests, just 50,000 emails from you guys saying "Take advantage of this offer" and "Look what we've got going now." Hey, that stuff is great, but if you can't answer an email to assist a player in depositing then why even bother improving you software?
