Casino Extreme - Shoddy Behaviour

    Just a quick note.

    I signed up here in December, deposited $200, got the $200 bonus (non-withdrawable), and eventually got my balance up to $1,185. Requested withdrawal for $1185.

    Still not paid today, contact livehelp: 'your withdrawal was declined' (actually it wasn't, in the software it still shows pending, and they never contacted me). Why? 'You need to request the withdrawal without the bonus amount.'

    Er, not according to their own t&cs I don't.

    This is pretty crappy behaviour, as they just ignored my cashout for a month, and it was only when I contacted them that they explained what was wrong.

    I thought they were supposed to have instant cashouts.

    Thanks for pointing out the errenous paragraph in our terms. I will get on changing it immediately.

    Our site also states that in order to receive your instant withfdrawal, you should contact us to have it processed. The scrolling banner in the Casino Lobby also states that instant withdrawals are only an e-mail, live assistance chat or phone call away.

    I do apologise for the misunderstanding.

    They do have instant cashouts. You must either use "live chat" from web page, e-mail them or call them.

    I have never had any problems with this casino in withdrawing to neteller. Had funds in my account within 2 minutes thru live chat.

    This is one of my favorite casinos also.

    to be fair, the money did arrive in my neteller very swiftly after I resubmitted, but I should have been notified in the first place, and I didn't find the CS' attitude very helpful in that he/she didn't think to apologise
