Casino Extreme customer services manager now on forums.

Hello everyone.

I would like to introduce myself to the forums.

My name is Henry Macnamara. I have been the call centre manager at the Royal Casino Group of casinos for 2 years now and have now been instructed to act as the Customer Services Manager. My first act as the CS manager is to get onto these forums to answer questions and respond to disputes relating to customer service at Casino Extreme.

Well, Welcome! I don't have any complaints now :cool:, but i'm glad that you join here. At least you get your name to Casinomeister list.

Kudos on the lightning fast payment I received from your casino after winning about 6-7x what I deposited. The casino was Ruby Dragon, which appears to have closed, but I have heard good things about Extreme lately as well. Keep it up and you can take over Phoenician/Nostalgia's instant payment business.
