Casino Euro Dilemma

So I recently made a deposit on Casino Euro because they have a large yellow offer at the top of their page:

After deposit, my bonus did not add to the account so I went over to the Live chat to be told that this bonus offer was not available to me because I had already made a deposit on one of their sister sites (which I was unaware was part of the same group) and claimed this bonus. Upon clicking that offer it goes directly to the deposit page and no terms of the bonus could be found.

Pretty annoyed I told them I would be withdrawing the cash right away to be told that would incur a 5% fee as it had not been wagered.

So now I have the choice to lose 5% of my deposit or wager without any bonus due to the error of them displaying me an offer that was not available. Does this seem very wrong or am I just being a moron here?

Common casino policy, regrettably you didn't read the terms which would have specified that the bonus was only available to one site per person at the group. I would withdraw and lose the 5%, but you may get lucky playing it through 1 x and not pay the fee.

I managed to finally find their terms but there is no mention of accounts within a group, just;

"No player may have more than one account. If CasinoEuro detects a guest with more than one account we reserve the right to combine all funds to one account and close the other(s). Bonuses given to superfluous accounts will be removed."

A bit late to read them now, but you may have been lucky if there is no specific rule against what you have done - try the rep or point this out to CS, ask them to show you which term they are referring to.

Fair play to them for wavering, Glad you didnt get charged anything, But its common to be fair, im sure i dont have to tell you from now on check the GROUP of the casino not just the site, ive been burned in the past for it, a tip for any slotter.

The casino wavered and waived!! :D

Can you please tell us, what was that sister site?

If that was Harry Casino, that would have made sense, because I couldn`t even open an account there
because I had one with CasinoEuro.

But honestly, it shouldn`t have happened because of deposit at Betsafe, Betsson or Nordic.
I took zillions of bonuses at Betsson and Betsafe without any problems.

It was HarryCasino.

I see that neither me nor the rep updated that thread after i ran into some issues, it was all resolved however and my account was unlocked, and i was able to claim bonuses.

I hold accounts at a lot of casinos in the BML Group, and i am able to claim bonuses at all of them. However casinoeuro and harrycasino have pretty bad WR, so i wouldn't bother with anything besides the welcome Bonus.

Since their WR is 25xD+B, so if the bonus is 100% then it's 50xB(not great but doable), but if it's a 50% bonus as is the case with the monthly, then the effective WR is 75xB! which is outrageous. So to the OP you didn't really miss out on much :p

i have accounts at both Casino Euro and Harrys. But they seem to be not only the same group, but the same casino. if I deposit at one, the deposit shows in my balance at both

beware of the 50% monthly reload bonus at harry casino. I took it tonight, without thinking about it, then after playing for a while, when to check my WR progress only to realise that the WR was 60x B, on a 50% bonus

Strange that they didnt give you the bonus. I had an account at harry too, but customer support deleted it for me and then i got the bonus added into my account.

Also, they don't seem to be charging transaction fee's. They do show up when you make a withdrawal, but they've never actually charged me for it. I think they put it on the website just to keep people from making tiny withdrawals all the time

When it comes to CasinoEuro platform (brands NorgesAutomaten, SverigeAutomaten ,CasinoEuro , HarryCasino)

1. Players can receive each of the welcome bonuses separately IF they create new separate accounts.
2. However, if they login with the same account details then they won’t be able to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
3. As the system will detect that they have already claimed bonus for example

Betsson and Betsafe are on separate platform and you can use the same email address for both brands. Same apply for NGG (NordicBet, Maxino, Triobet) brands.

I know that this is bit confusing but for now this is how it is for now (but of course we are working to unify everything)

Kind Regards,
Patryk

I didn't know this. Thanks! I tried to log in at NorgesAutomaten and HarryCasino with my casinoeuro account and it worked. The strange thing is that I can see my deposit history at HarryCasino where I never had an account or made deposits, it looks as I have made the deposit there.:) This reminds me of those "shells" some rogue RTG had.

Just to add - You need to use different email addresses. As they are on the same platform, it will tell you that the email address is already registered.

yes use a different e mail address when you sign up, then when you are all signed up, you can go on live chat and they will delete this new e mail address. and now use the e mail address you always use as your main one. this is what I done. and alls good.

I use same e mail address now for both casinos..harry and casino euro.

Patryk, may I ask why it takes so long to get a withdrawal to Skrill processed?
At most casino's I play my Skrill withdrawals are being processed and paid within hours.
At CasinoEuro it sometimes takes up to 2 full workingdays e.g 48 hours.

Don't get me wrong,I enjoy playing at CasinoEuro and the CS is always very friendly and helpfull but these days a casino really should not put a 24hr pending to a withdrawal request and then it takes another full day to receive winnings into Skrill.
I think it is a bit much now.

As a result (my own fault) I reversed a withdrawal request with CasinoEuro twice last month and lost the winnings in the process as it took me way to long before my withdrawal was processed.
And that's why I hate those pending withdrawal periods.

CasinoEuro, great selection of slots, good customer service in both Dutch and English and slots run flawless.

Only big minus is the reversal time at payouts.

If BML group would improve this CasinoEuro could be amongst the top 5 casino's for me personally!

Thanks,

Mark.

:

Which is probably the reason some casinos have a pending period.

I've done it myself before. But if i've been tempted to reverse, and have lost. I never play at that particular casino again, and don't really need to, since there's so much choice now.

So the casino, might have got my winnings back. But they've lost out on any future deposits.

And considering there are so many fast paying casinos around now. the 'pending withdrawal' ones are probably losing more business and money to these fast payers, than they're gaining from people reversing. so it all seems very short-sighted with all the competition there is now a days.
