I recently opened an account at Casino Estrella. I found no information about Casino Estrella on Casinomeister but it was recommended on a website that a user on Casinomeister has. They are offering 250% bonuses throughout December i believe. I made numerous deposits ranging between 30 and 50 euros but always bust out before bonus requirements were fulfilled. The other day i deposited 40 euros which went rather well. I had numerous good hits, many worthy in the screenshot thread, and manged to complete the wagering requirements with 1010 euros in my account. My highest bet being 0.90 euros, all on slots. I therefore submitted my documents as required and was told by there customer support that my documents could take up to 2-3 working days to be approved. I have now tried signing into my account but have had no luck as it 'has been blocked'. For no reason whatsoever. Not a good start to Christmas day. I've tried contacting there live chat but it is not available at the moment and i'm waiting to here back from an email I've sent to them. Any suggestions on what to do.....

Sorry to hear that, assuming everything you say is right, that sucks bigtime.
I personally never heard of the casino before, but there are several routes to follow:
Pm the user you mentioned here, and ask if he/she is in touch with this casino, maybe they can speed things up, or clarify what is going on:
You can check the casino's site for a toll free number, maybe youll get in touch with someone who knows more, or can explain whats going on:
If that all fails, or you hear something you do not agree with, then you can submit a PAB just click on MaxD's profile and PM him.

But patience first: take the steps i described first, then wait maybe a day or two taking in account that during x-mas things might go slower:)

i have also problem with this casino.
i withdrawals 730 dollar.
first says it have problems withdraw the money with credit card. also withdraw with moneybookers. the casino estrella says on sunday send it. but no cash. the money was returned in my account. now i withdraw the third time. .. the live chat is never avaiable.

Thanks. Everything i say is right, just an honest gambler that got lucky for once at which looks like at the wrong casino! I have private messaged the user so ill wait while and see if he/she replies. I'll keep persisting with there 'first class support' and hopefully get an answer. Thanks for your help

I get message from peezo13 that cashout is now processed. I send message to Casino Estrella during christmas and ask is there some cashout delays during christmas season and here is what they reply: On these days, the process is taking between 3 and 5 working days. I´m sorry for the delay.

I have made more than 10 cashouts from Casino Estrella myself and after i send my documents to them, they have processed all my cashouts between 2min - 24h except
the one i took 23.12.2012. It takes 4 days but i'm sure that is because christmas.

This is relatively new casino, they opened its doors about 4 months ago. Casino is mainly targeted to South America markets and casino use Microgaming, NextGen and Sheriff Gaming games.
The operator of website is Starfish media N.V., a company licensed and regulated by the laws of Curacao. They use same platform than for example CasinoEuro.
About one month ago they opened affiliate program and we have represent Estrella since then and we don't have any bad experience working with them.
