Hello I've just joined this site (sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place) as I understand there is a rep here from casino cruise who may be able to help with a withdrawal that isn't being processed. I requested a withdrawal and was asked to send in verification documents which I have done and got verified 3 days ago. In the email I was told payout would be 48-72 hours. I have checked my account today and the withdrawal is still pending. I've contacted live chat but they don't have any information. The money is not linked to any bonus as I won of cash only deposit. I've never had this problem withdrawing before and usually only stick to a few casinos, can anyone advise on what to do next?

I would say wait for your cash and then stay away from that casino. That is just my opinion though. They are accredited here but it has been so many bad threads about them that I would never trust them with a cent.
Their rep Lloyd is a good guy though but I doubt he would respond on a weekend. You have a tab with i-Gaming reps above. Take a look at that one so you know where to find them next time they are needed.

Be strong and don't reverse. They will pay but as in many places the first cashout takes a bit longer.

Welcome to CM

Thank you for your reply! I'll just keep waiting. I worry as it's not a small amount it's £10,000 pending and £5000 I haven't withdrawn yet. I think due to all the negative things I've read on here I'm not getting excited about it. And to be honest if it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck so to have a win of that size I'm feeling quite negative lol. Always the pessimist!

Just don't reverse, activate a TAKE A BREAK for 1 week. They will do anything to delay the payment.

We had an old lady here that they just would not verify, no matter what. Until she played it all back.

Be careful!

Wow, that is a lot of money. Congratulations:thumbsup:

Good that you seem to have some selfcontrol because it's easy to believe we can win even more. Don't give them a cent back.
Since it's so much they will probably stall yes. Send a pm to their rep and ask if he can help you in any way.

This is the rep I'm thinking of. The other is usually just their support checking in here reading https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

Dont reverse it. Just dont. Go lock yourself in a cabin and run your car out of gas if you have to.

They are sitting there, staring at your withdraw and not clicking process because they want you to reverse it and lose it back.

From all the bad threads here, they seem very sketchy but I think they will pay once you prove you arent reversing it.

That's an awful tactic to get gamers to continue playing funds until they have nothing left! I am pretty disciplined when it comes to not reversing. I set targets, if I reach it I withdraw and if I have a little left over I carry on playing, if I hit my next target I withdraw again and if I lose I quit while I'm ahead Hopefully I will hear something soon!

Hope you get your money ! I've been told they DO pay so fingers crossed. I'm also waiting on their sister site spinit for a small withdrawal . Took them ages to verify me and then I get an email saying withdrawal will be processed in 48-72 hours.. why ? I have no clue why lol . I thought verifying me was so they could process the withdrawal but apparently that was just a preliminary step towards the long and difficult task of sending me my £100

Ah verification was quite horrific at casino cruise. Took 72 hours to tell me documents needed to be bigger so I sent them again to be told 48 hours later they refused my proof of address (I sent car insurance document) so I then sent water bill and finally after a further 24 hours I was fully verified and also had the email saying processing would take between 48-72 hours. So it been a super long process to say the least! Hopefully you also get your winnings soon!

Just an update. It seems I managed to breach terms and conditions regarding the 1 IP per person as me and my boyfriend signed up together not realising you could only have the one account or he would have registered elsewhere. Also told me I won from bonus which I didn't. 1st deposit with bonus was lost and I was down to £0 when I deposited again with no bonus and won. They have confiscated winnings and closed my account and are supposed to be refunding my £182 deposit. Before closing this account they informed me if I wished they could give me a bonus if I wanted to carry on playing my deposits? When I turned this down they decided my account would be closed. However I was informed my boyfriend is allowed to keep his account and can continue to play there. Seems a bit fishy they close the winning account but are quite happy to leave the losing account open. Well obviously neither of us would touch that site again. Could imagine if he won they would find some reason not to pay! Lesson learned and will now stick to 32Red who have no problem with us having an account each!

Ouch from a £182 deposit also? That sucks

That hurts! When did your boyfriend sign up and is he verified?
I read their rules just now and they are written in some strange ways. It doesn't say that two accounts can't be opened from the same IP. It actually says that you are not allowed to open two accounts from your IP because then it will be seen as dublicate accounts. That is a huge difference.

Normally it is so people can't sign up using free or sign up bonuses all over again. Even 32Red have that rule but two people can have accounts there if they ask, but normally just one are allowed to take bonuses.

I think you should PAB about this, especially since you hadn't created another account, and the fact that you won without using a bonus. They can't punish you for the deposit bonus you used and lost before the winning deposit.

On the top you have a tab called Player Arbitration FAQ. Read that and submit a PAB. It can't hurt to try.

Yeh I know right! Never mind though. Guess it's my own fault. Really annoyed that they tried to offer me a bonus on my account after telling me I breached T&C isn't that contradicting themselves? Also annoyed they are happy to keep losing account open! I wonder had my partner won would there have been the same problem?

He isn't verified as he didn't win so no need to send documents. Thanks I will give a PAB a go but not holding out for a positive outcome!

The terms does make it look like you can only have one account "your account" per ip not duplicates and in your case it isn't a duplicate

"Your Account must be registered in your own, correct, name. You may only open one account i.e. Your account is limited to one account per IP address / home address. Any other accounts which you open with us in relation to the Service and the Website shall be "Duplicate Accounts"."

So fight it best you can don't drop it, they'll try any thing to keep money

lol wait a second.

They said you breached terms. Took your winnings. Then said we will offer you a bonus?

If this is the case, please PAB or take them to court.

I think Bryan needs to take a look at this site. There is so many bad threads about their stall tactics, I seriously dont think they should be accredited.

I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of the PAB! As Bryan has been quite positive about Lloyds being an outstanding person etc. in the Casino Cruise review, I would like to know what this wonderful casino rep is going to do about this issue. It may indeed be time to ditch this outfit from the accredited section.

I have submitted a PAB so hopefully this will be resolved soon!

I hope you read the FAQ so you know that you're not suppose to discuss this issue more no matter what people are saying in this thread.
Now just let Max do his job and we'll see what the outcome will be.

Missed this thread (on purpose ;) until now)

The fact that the figures/sums involved and the name of the casino in question and what is happening simply makes me want to post lots of these....

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: (toward the casino not OP - Just in case)

As you've been advised, wait for your dosh, enjoy it but move on. As Tirilej mentioned I wouldn't trust these with 1 pence!

Casinocruise are, for want of another word, bent. There are plenty of complaints here and elsewhere which prove this.

How they are an accredited casino is beyond me.
