Software Complaint Casino Cruise play and go sucks

Casino cruise is having a huge issue with their PlayandGo software its not giving the winnings to the players, the support staff is acknowledging the issue however they are not doing anything to provide a compensation, they told me "play and go should compensate you" what a joke! it already been a week waiting to get my money from my free spins.
They should do more to please their depositing customers!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I will never deposit there and i am thinking to dispute the transaction with my bank:mad::mad:

I happened to be up late and just caught your post and the response from dionysus.

I can see you're new here but do what he says, okay? Other members will surely chime in too - listen to them. Look around, get used to the different viewpoints of the various members; in other words, lurk for a while, get the feel of the site.

Some may tsk tsk you for coming out blaring "this sucks and that...etc" but hey, you're new and most of them understand that. They know a LOT more about this stuff than you and I. So again, LISTEN to them.

Understand that I am not a pro, not an affiliate, not a shill for this site. I just watch a lot of people get help for problems like yours.

I might add that Casino Cruise (CC) is accredited here at Casino Meister (CM). That means you will have some options to resolve your complaint.

1. First step is always to contact the rep (as dionysus recommended)
2. Give it 1-2 days to receive an answer
3. Should you not be able to get a satisfactory result you can Pitch-a-Bitch (PAB)
- this is a FREE mediation service offered by CM
- since CC is accredited they agreed to discuss player disputes with CM
- to PAB it is imperative that you read all FAQ's and follow the rules: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/
- it is just as imperative that you complete the PAB form truthfully and to provide ALL information requested: Link Outdated / Removed
- once your PAB is being dealt with you will see a "PAB" icon appear below you username (grey in progress, blue = successful)
- Max (username: maxd) is the PAB manager at CM and he will be handling your complaint

One last thing, if you are considering to PAB at some point then i suggest that you stop posting further details about your complaint as that is a rule you will find in the PAB FAQ's

The issue is far from exclusive to Casino Cruise - in fact I have a current dispute with NextCasino about the very same thing. There's something wrong with Play'n Go software where you sometimes simply don't receive your freespin winnings. I've had this happen 2-3 times at this point.

As others have said, you should be able to resolve this by contacting the casino rep. Do keep in mind that it may take a while, as they must check with the Play'n Go games provider to verify that you did indeed win money with your freespins.

Had it happening on MG software too. Free Spins would start and at the first winning spin it would kick me out and no winnings credited.

Contacted the rep and 12hrs later i had the winnings in my account. So it should be all logged somewhere and retrievable without big trouble.
