Does anyone have any experience with Casino.com powered by playtech?
I received from them a CD with postal mail recently. I prefer the playtech games , so I installed the program and they gave me a non-deposit bonus. After I played it out I wanted to make a deposit, but first wanted to convert and play the accumulated comps. There is however no comp-button in their software. I asked the live support operator and he promised that this will be fixed. I sent an email to the support that remained unanswered. Later I contacted live support again (their live operators are extremely slow and very rude) and they told me there is no comp points conversion in their casino. I play in Casino del Rio and Casino Bellini since several month and never had any problems with them (They are both playtech Casinos and I am very satisfied with the customer care). After this issue I decided to close my account in Casino.com immediately via live chat (that is mostly not even available). After they asked me a security question they really disabled my account. The operator was extremely unfriendly all the time, by the way. I would like to know if other players play in that casino and if they had the same problems.
