Hello! My name is Vladimir.
I gambled on the web site under the name casino.com. My nickname is homichpoker.Email-*snip*. I made adeposit of
$55 via webmoney. I was given $55 bonus immediately, and without inserting bonus codes I started playing slots. (I played with slot machines during all of the time). To clear the bonus, it was necessary to put a bet equal to deposit 40X. In my case- $ 2200. At some point, I was lucky and I won the bonus game, then another and another. Disbelief, I even made a couple of screenshots of wins, which I attach. As winning back the bonus, I changed several times the bet in my sole discretion, without making it quite small (in order to maintain winning). I finished to clear the bonus with $25 spins . Finally my winnings amounted to about $ 9000.
After the bonus has been cleared, I went to the cashier, and saw that all the possible cashout options disappeared and there were only credit card (I made a deposit via webmoney). It confused me, because making a deposit with a specific system, I expect it to get money back to the same system. I decided to write them a letter and find out what was going on, meaning that it is because of not validated account. I attached the scan of the passport to the letter. I received a reply in two letters with the following contents: sorry, but you will not be able to withdraw money via webmney, please use the available methods and the fact that documents all right, my account was confirmed (screenshots attached).
After that, I played a little at $3 per spin, lost about $500. My balance was $8504. After thatI made a second deposit with Visa. Making $ 20, I ordered the payment of $8524 on a credit card and waited for about one week. As a result, today I received an email (screenshot attached), where it says that my $55 returned to the card, and all winnings were reset. Mail with a link to questionable rule of paragraph 13.7, where it is written that in fact casinos may confiscate winnings without any reason. And still, even after reading several times this paragraph rules, I do not understand where I broke them. Yes, during the bonus money I changed the rates several times, but it was not outright understatement in order not to lose a lot, and I finished winning back the bonus, once again, with the biggest spins on that evening- for $ 25.
I think that my money was simply stolen. I beg you to look into the situation.

Firstly its not a good idea to post your personal details like email address etc. in a public forum.

As for you winnings cancelled then im sorry but their terms clearly state that you can bet no more than 10% of deposit amount during wagering of a bonus. You exceeded that by quite a lot regularly so the casino was right and I think every casino would have done the same.

Its not like the term is hiding as I found it right away on first look at bonus terms.... Heres what it says clearly......

◦Players cannot bet more than 10% of the deposit amount in a single bet or game round on any of the casino games while wagering funds that are associated with the first deposit bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.

Not much to add really - a clear breach of terms - player is out of luck.
The term is actually in the Bonus Terms - can't event use the excuse that it was "hidden" in the general T&Cs.

Yet another example of how VITALLY important is is to check the T&Cs BEFORE you start playing.
A VERY expensive lesson... again. :(

Always try and read the the main parts, Max bet and if any excluded games, I say main part but theses are normally hidden, But as long as you got these rules than most others are pretty standard

its a shame how players learn about 'the accredited list' after they got themselves into trouble.

sorry this happened to you, good luck

player need to be careful when accepting these bonuses. Always read the rules.

but I think casinos should pay players any winnings up to but not including the bet that exceeded the max.
