    I opened my account in Casino.com and got the first deposit bonus. I won and completed all the wagering and proceeded to withdraw $1109.75
    They sent me the document request first, which I submitted and they approved. Then I got the following letter:

    However I did not play any table or card games - I play slots. And I did not play more than $3 per spin.

    Tried to contact their rep here got no response. Any ideas?

    How long ago did you contact the rep? You should expect at least 48 hours or up to 72 hours = 3 days.

    Don't expect anything good to come out if you researched you will find lot of problems with payments and bonuses voided. Just have a look at askgamblers.

    Also stick to the best casinos and accredited like here at casinomeister would be a good advise to you. Sorry about your problem here but let it be a learning for you and wish you best in future.

    The only possible one I could see was Chris from Mansion - but he hasn't visited the forum in over 18 months.

    I contacted the Mansion rep because they say "Casino.com is proud to be a part of the Mansion Group"
    Should I also try IBAS?
