We recently received a complaint where the player had winnings of 10,000€+ but after the first withdrawal the casino confiscated the remainder (4000€+) and blocked the account without explanation. We approached the casino and were told no discussion of the player case was possible due to "privacy concerns".

We explained the closed and private nature of the PAB process and asked what specific "concerns" they were referring to. We eventually received this reply:
According to terms and conditions we have no possibility to provide you any information from the client's account.

19.3. Our policy is to not disclose any personal data to anyone except to employees, for which such access to your personal data is required for rendering services to you.

I can only provide you with the fact, that Client have contacted the Licensee Curaçao eGaming License, and his issue was resolved.

Best of luck, Support team

The player says there has been no resolution of his issue.
