We recently received a complaint where the player had winnings of 10,000€+ but after the first withdrawal the casino confiscated the remainder (4000€+) and blocked the account without explanation. We approached the casino and were told no discussion of the player case was possible due to "privacy concerns".
We explained the closed and private nature of the PAB process and asked what specific "concerns" they were referring to. We eventually received this reply:
The player says there has been no resolution of his issue.
