Casino club -Insolence Casino club stole my money

I have won 2000 but the casino Club don't pay out
I describe my case:
at 21.10.2008 i pay into my account 500 i got 100 Bonus and i played Some round Roulette,
i had ilucky day and won fast 1500 so i have had ca 2100 on my account .
i go in the cash room and pay out ca 2000 and gave back 100 (Bonus) ,i got a email i should send
a passport and a bill with address, one day lat i sent the Docoments to the support frpom Caisno club
2 days later the money wasn't pay out so i phone to the support and he said "We have approve WebDollar to
pay out" i phone to WebDollar and he answered "we havn't order to pay out the Money" i phoned back to casinoclub and he said "we resolve that with WebDollar" i wait two day but nothing happened in i again phoned but the sam procedure.
Again 2 Days later my account was cloth suddenly and me arrived a email My account is cloth about
suspicion cheating. I phoned and wrote E-mails several times with the Casino Club but i have never explanation get.
Today (over one month later) i got e E-mail and wrote "account remains closed and we don't pay out money" no explanation
The Casino Club are criminals

What I can do against the criminals ????????
