Casino check bounced...

ACH TAKING 21 DAYS

It may take them 21 days to process it, but there is no way that it takes 21 days once it is sent.

I was told that to by a casino group. I asked how it can possibly take that long when all ACH sent to me have never taken more than 2 days to reach my Bank Account. They told me they just say 21 days in case they have to send the funds by check !WHAT!!!!

Unless the casino is diverting the payment to 21 different locations before it reaches us, there is no possible way for it to take 21 days.

Their processor sends it to their Bank and that bank forwards it to the ACH who then forwards it to the Recieving institution, OUR BANK, who puts it in our account. They will only get rejected from the system if they are coded incorrectly or some required information is missing. Since their bank issued the ACH there shouldn't be a problem.

I will know soon, as I just had 2 ACH payments sent to me yesterday.

MY ACH TOOK LESS THAN TWO DAYS

I cashed out on 2/22 at Grand Prive casino group and the funds have already been deposited to my Bank Account.

So, the only way it can take 21 days to be reach our bank accounts is if they wait 19 days to actually send it.

I am sick of dealing with click2pay so I am spending my funds at Casinos with ACH payout. It is so so so much easier deal with. Just have to hope I don't lose it!!!!(actually I'd rather run that risk then have to deal with withdrawal.click2pay because they said my withdrawal would be processed two days ago, yea right!!! They didn't do it)

Click2pay is really only good for deposits, not withdrawals

I'm glad to hear that 21 days is a stretch. I thought when I saw that it would be that they are just covering themselves.

good luck

Since my check bounced I was told they were aware of the situation and they were reissuing my check. Then I received an email telling me they were sending an ACH transfer. My feeling is they have dropped the ball somewhere.

I have sent THREE requests to the Vegas Partners Group asking for the status of my withdrawal with no answer to date.

My initial withdrawal was made on 1/18. So how many days is that now? Well jeez it is now coming up on 40 days!

Has anyone else received their withdrawals from any casino groups once their checks bounced?

Received a bad check from referback...

Was told by my bank that the check had an invalid routing number and was no good.

I have a family member that is a bank manager, I asked him about it.

He said, the Federal Reserve (a Private Company - not part of the US Government) controls bank routing numbers, he also told me that his bank as well as all the other US banks had just received a special directive from the FBI to be on the look out for checks and wire transfers to and from online casinos and certian banks that are known to deal with online casinos (he said there was a list of 'bad' banks but he would not give me any names. However, I can tell you that the check I received from referback was from the "Korea Exchange Bank of Canada".)

He has also been told by the FBI and his boss that it is better to stop a legitmate payment in error than to allow a check from an online casino to be paid, he works for one of the top five US Banks.

I got this today...Looks like so $ coming my way!!!

This is to confirm that you currently have pending withdrawals worth $500.00 that we are in the process of paying.

------------------------------------------------
WHY ARE MY WITHDRAWALS DELAYED?
------------------------------------------------

A new processor was rolled out with urgency to secure a functioning option for US customers. This was done with very little lead-time. The priority was to ensure that our customers were paid their winnings and as a result service levels took a regrettable knock.

Further, you may have been required to provide additional information in the form of your bank name and your physical address, as these were additional requirements not previously required.

The good news is that the initial hiccups which caused delays have been resolved and that your withdrawal is being processed.

Please allow 10-15 business days from today (9 March) for your funds to show up in your account.

As a valued customer, we regrettably apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Good Luck

I got this in the email today.

I went and checked and sure enough the $500 is back in the account I have requested a eco card withdraw. Lets see how long this takes. They seem to have forgotten about the $5 that the bounced check cost me...but at this point I'll be glad to see money!

Good luck

Dear xxxx

Regarding: $500.00 Pending Withdrawal

Following our email on Friday regarding your pending withdrawal, we've found that of the confirmed amounts, certain amounts have not yet cleared to affected customers' bank accounts.

In the absence of definite confirmation on these transactions from our third-party processor, we have made the decision to process these payments via another method with priority.

------------------------------
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
------------------------------

We will in the course of the next 15 hours be refunding your withdrawals to your casino account/s in full. From here, you will be able to withdraw the funds via one of the following two options from within the banking software:

EcoCard
-------------------------------------------------------
Simply sign up with EcoCard (if you're not an existing account holder) and select this as a withdrawal option for receiving your funds.

You can withdraw your funds via ACH through the EcoCard solution.

Your casino account will be credited with 10 credits to cover the cost of withdrawing via EcoCard by 8am EST tomorrow.

or

Click2Pay
-------------------------------------------------------
This method is available to customers with existing Click2Pay accounts only. On withdrawing from Click2Pay you have the option to receive your funds via wire transfer.

Paul, thank you so much for your continued patience throughout.

Kindest regards,

The Management and Staff

Same email message from Bellerockentertainment

I guess all microgaming were using the same processor. Same email went out from several casinos.

Two processors later, players starting all over again. They should have returned the money to those who wanted to chose a different option after the lst processor failed middle of February.

All doors are closing on being paid. Don't see much happening to prevent deposits.

Seems the law is working in reverse if they were trying to make sure we didn't lose money gambling and wanted to stop u.s. citizens from "funding casino accounts"

I see that there is $500 added to my Eco card account this AM. Now I just have to Email them about the $5 for the bad check fee and the $10 they said they were sending for the Eco withdraw.

At this point I don't really care about the $15. I'm just happy to get paid!

Good Luck

I might have it confused? Was it your check that showed as confiscated? (mentioned in another thread) search this thread, Slugo might be able to shed some light.

Good luck:thumbsup:

So far so good on checks

knock on wood, I deposited my checks on 3/31 and the last one posted to my bank account balance today. So far so good. Not sure if they have actually SETTLED though. Will call bank to find out.

Anyone know how to determine if deposited checks have actually SETTLED between banks?

I know bank can allow balance to be posted to account and funds spendable often before the transaction actually settles (funds received by paying bank)

I use the words 'memo post' to kite, but sometimes it gets them to chase the money down quickly. If that makes any sense.

Nope. Even your bank doesn't know, until they get the OTHER bank returning it.

What banks can do as standard procedure is place "funds availability holds" on your deposited checks, that last a standard length of time (up to two weeks!), preventing you from making a withdrawal.

Somewhere there's a maximum amount of time that a bank has to refuse a check after it's been presented to them. But I don't know how long that is.

THERE SHOULD BE A LAW!!!!!!!

haha. Seriously, they should limit the time for a check to settle between accounts to 7 business days. This stinks.

I just had a check from another casino that I deposited and my bank put a 8 bussness day hold on it.

Any ideas if the USSEC would have me busted if I offered to pick up outstanding debts? Especially if I leveraged those funds with outstanding debts? I nelson Rose, any clues? GM, anybody?

These are the days of wine and roses.

I think I can hypothocate a couple hundred million and nobody loses (you'll have to discount 25% if I pick up your winnings)

Just putting it out there, not too serious
