Hello,
I stumbled upon this casino: xhttp://www.casinocashpalace.com/. Their terms are obviously translated (from Spanish, I think) and sometimes seem a bit muddled. In general it doesn't look very professional, but you never know. Anyone has any information on them? They have a Curacao licence and are owned by Katan Kapital Entertainment. Thanks for your help.

unfortunatly i didnt read the comments about this casino. deposited few times, great bonus offers every time. But then i won somehting. After waiting for 33 days and numerous email/chat contacts with the casino, i still have not received anything. The casino promised to pay a couple of times, but they just dont do it. Please be warned.

It just amaze me how the likes of microgaming to hand out games to any tom dick and harry, Years back you seen a site with the games than it was safe as hoses, now days you have to be carfull

thanks for the replys guys, i should have known better, but the site and vendors looked legit and i fell for it. If they by some miracle still decide to pay, i will post it in this thread

hey all, just a quick update about Casinocashpalace. they still have not paid me, even though the chat and emailservice have replied everytime with big apologies and promises to pay me soon. the disputed amount is 533 dollar. is there anything that i can do? either petition to have them blacklisted somehow or legal action? I just dont want somebody else to have the same kind of experience that i have. Any advice/help is more than welcome!

I'm afraid you won't see your money unless they decide to cough it up. And there is not much else you can do because:

- they have no license
- no physical address displayed on their website, only their worthless one from Curacao
- no mention of any dispute resolution policy.

The only thing would be to write to Microgaming highlighting that their Curacao license is revoked and that they don't pay winnings. Maybe that will lead to something.

thanks Harry, i will do that. There is now a new review on Casinolisting that immediatly blacklists casinocashpalace:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Well done on that one. The more warnings and blacklistings the less players they will get to sign up with them.

If you don't get an answer from Microgaming then try via Max, the complaints manager here at CM, he might have a direct contact.

MG is usually very strict when giving out licenses, hence, they might pull the games from CCP and they are then left with just a few making them unattractive to potential new sign-ups. Highlight to MG the revoked license anf the lack of SSL use on their site.

EDIT: will report this thread to the mods as i think CM could issue a warning as well.

Any chance you have the URL for this? I've checked other casinos at gamingslicences.com -- presumably the Curacao license verification site -- and the format does not match that seen below.

I'd like to see the page before proceeding.

That said, gamingslicences.com has "License not found" for CasinoCashPalace.com.

Curacao (=fail)
License revoke (=double fail)

Max, i just went back to the casino website and they removed the link for the Curacao license, it is now only a normal logo of the Curacao gaming commission. No new license or jurisdiction is being mentioned.

In their text they still claim though the Curacao license.

Hi Maxd,

until yesterday when you clicked the gaming logo (right bottom) it went to the page previously shown in this thread (which says license revoked). They now have removed the link so nothing happens when you click the logo.

Yeah, those license pages are damn hard to get to. Very few show in Goggle searches. Funny that.

hey guys, I just wanted to update you on a new low on this casino, this is an email i just received:

I write you by this method because I work in the shadows, you have been threatening a Casino, they are fixing some issues in order to pay you.

I want to be very clear with you fucking berk, you have two choices, one it´s to wait peaceful to get paid without doing your stupid things or the second and the most stupid (as you are) is threatening them and write everywhere your bullshit, if you choose this way, we are in WAR, we have your address, and everything about you fucking piece of shit.

The choice it´s yours, thing twice, after the next stupid action from your side, no way back from our side. We are not afraid to anything fucking red neck & motherfucker.

I´ll be watching you very close!

WOW, that is some heavy stuff.

And that for 500 bucks which they can't pay. You might want to think to file a police report. They should be able to track down the email address.

Good advice from Harry .
However, as sumone who deals with those guys I can sure you, they not gonna track this down without legal warrant from the judge or a head of Prosecutor.
And that aint gonna happens within just 2 days (if you undrstand what I mean).
I would'nt worry about it if i was you. Someone who really is able to hurt you, is not gonna make suche announcement on internet ( mail ). Usually you get a smile from those hard arsses instead of threat.
It's just a spammer .

BTW, u may wanna send a mail to casino an ask them about this mail , BEFORE u take any frthr actions !!

Well, they certainly are good at hiding their details. Nothing on the website or anywhere else shows who is behind this casino.

And that email is coming via Protonmail, basically untraceable.

The same guy who wrote that email has been trying to sell a 10% share in the casino in May 2016, location is Cancun, Mx which would explain the somewhat amateurish translation of the site:

Yeah,good point.
which is the problem of internet on these days.
It aint suche difficult job to hide your IP address anymore.
However, if we are dealing with sumone with a slight knowledge abt software, could be still traceable. Despite his attempt to hide his IP adress ( I'm afraid of, i can'nt get in to this part an give anymore info about this matter here on forum, ).

Still , would be a wise decision to send a mail to casino / show this mail an ask them about it , first !! IMO.

Sure, somebody with the right tools and knowledge can find out any IP details.

Looking at it all, i think the sender of that email and the casino owner are the same person. Hence, sending the email to the casino probably won't do much to speed up the payment.

1Mio Peso = 50K EUR for 10% of the casino, sounds pretty cheap to me.

that could be.
But , just in case he has changed his IP adres ( at the time he was sending this mail ) , he can also claim that his mail account was temporarily hacked bij sumone elses and he has'nt sent this mail ( which is practicly possible ). :)
