Casino cancelled my withdrawl ( Need advise )

i hit a big win on a casino i played for over a year and then i hit withdraw at the begining of the week.
my withdrawl was set up in pending balance for 48 hours. Had the account verified prior to the withdrawl.
Spend a good 1,200€ cash balance over the course of 4 days, all from cash balance.
I dropped down to around 1,850€ and hit withdrawl.
the live support advised that i would need to wait the 48 hour period and then thewithdrawl would be sent to my wallet.
I checked my account today to find it was locked and unable to log in to the account.
I got an email from the casino and was shocked to see a new withdrawl request was made this morning. i could not see which amount this was.
I then contacted the casino to find out what was happening.
I then got a reply a few moments later to find an email from the management.
They informed me that my withdrawl has been cancelled as the funds i had were capped with a bonus to an amount of €100.(Terms state that the winnings generated inside the free rounds given are capped at €100.)
The casino are saying that all winnings gained after the wagering is completed is capped at €100.
I had previously chatting with the live support to confirm this was correct, and was told that only the free spins are capped at €100 and that when wagering is completed any wins afterwards are not capped in any way as they are from cash balance.
I had also recently deposited prior to requesting the withdrawl.
The casino have began processing back my deposit and the 100€ which was capped down from my withdrawl of 1,850€ .
Should i fight this? or am i wasting my time? it left me very frustrated as was told by my support that the withdrawl was fine all the way to the end.
If anybody has any insight or similar situation etc do reply! have been playing online for years without issues like this especially with places i have deposited at.

I am taking it you had received free spins from a casino that have a max £100 withdrawal.

Unfortunately after wagering is finished it is a waste of time playing as max you can withdraw is £100. Until that amount is withdrew you will be tied to max £100 from free spins. Might be bad but its their terms so not much you will be able to do about it unfortunately.

Any deposits before withdrawing the free spins winnings are pointless as you are still tied to the Max withdrawal until withdrawing.

Unfortunately most of the the support have not got a clue and they probably genuinely thought it would be okay. Only once it gets to paymens departments will they go through it all.

It says winnings from free spins capped at 100, i asked support and they said the free spins were capped but i was not limited to a 100 withdrawl, i actually played one of the sister sites few weeks prior and cashed out 440 from same bonus basically.
very frustrating and thanks for the response!

But your post made no sense OP. You said you was playing with a cash balance. And you played there for over a year and u never even verified your account or withdrew from them in that long period of time?

So why did you not state in your OP that you won from free spins winnings. Not all casinos set a max cashout from money won from free spins. And those casinos that do I stay way clear of them. Cos I find that to be just roguish behaviour!

And yes you will not stand a chance. So you will only be entitled to the £100!

My best advice to you is this. Stay clear of this casino and any others that have this type of bonus term.

And stick to casinos on the accredited list and always always read the terms before you deposit and play at any online casinos!!!!!!!

I wonder if these are immoral tactics or not.... If the money is not paid out to the player. To who does it go then? The casino itself?

You never know! id imagine it would just be sent back to them it is there money to begin with lol
i've learned a lesson on this one :P :P

Was more annoyed because it was my biggest win to date :P

Hmm... the way I interpet the rules are that while you wager your freespins the max you can withdraw is £100. WilliamHill has the same rule, they state ie : Maximum win £20, if you have any balance after that it gets reset automatically to £20, but you can wager whatever you want after and withdraw as much as you can, as your balance has already been reset.
