Thought I'd have deposit tonight as the weather is hideous in the northern part of the uk as per.
So speak to live chat, am told 100% match and 20,000 calzone bucks or whatever they are called.
Ask if I'm charged to deposit via visa. I'm told (no) no charge with visa.
So off I go to deposit, goes through fine, but I have been charged to deposit.
Why on earth don't live chat know there own deposit methods??
Pissed me off straight away, it's a simple question only to be given a totally wrong answer... I forcee a quick bust out and never to return, the site just seems to be a skin of ikibu, nothing new really.

Like I say it was just a re-skin of there other sites, wasn't impressed. Decent selection of games and verified me quickly though.
I'll not be returning mind you, a lot better places to play at at. I do like that golden fish tank game though.

Is the site in Euros? If so that's why you've been charged. I only deposit in Euros via Neteller unless on tilt and just putting in whatever I have.

Yes, just googled it that's what has happened your bank have charged you a conversion fee.

It's an MT SecureTrade site. Almost all of their casinos charge a 2.5% processing fee on all deposits and withdrawals.
Although you don't see it mentioned anywhere, until you get to the final 'confirm deposit' screen

I thought that myself mate, other sites from mt I play on charge just thought I'd ask, wasn't a problem for the sake of 2.5%, just rather CS no the basics of which the casino they work at. Busted out rather quickly anyways, not a site I'll play on again.

I have played at this casino they were ok, good game choice but they were a bit iffy about i.d for withdrawal saying they couldn't accept scans due to fraud issues, they did process my withdrawal but it put me off to be honest. Also the fees situation seems to becoming a bit too commonplace.

I don't see the point in a fee, unless you get a perk, but you don't.
I was verified rather quickly tbh.
But it's just a copy of rizk and ikibu combined, the customer service was poor also.
Don't know why I don't just stick at my usual haunts, just like a new place and change I guess (even tho it wasn't really a change)

What makes this worse is that the casino does not even see a penny of that charge, they pay MT secure trade the fees to trade using there name and license, yet MT also take the fees in depos and withdraw, what the casino does not relies is that its actually costing them alot of losing players for the charge,

And if its true what people say and you only see the charge once you hit that depo button than that is breaking rules under consumer rights
