Hi all!
I have a question:
If a player breach the casino T&C about lets say bet to high with bonis money they take the win.
But what happens if a casino brake their own T&C?

The casino have MgA license.
I wrote and told them to close my account and didnt do it.
In their terms it says:
If you wish to close your Account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form.
Told them 3times to close it....

But what exactly happened step by step? T&C:s are not any single law, these can't be read like everything is black or white but there are many many situations where some part of T&C means nothing for reason XYZ. T&C:s don't for example go over regulations and even in regulations you find many conflicts between them which then are sorted often even case by case.

If you provide all details what happened you might get opinions and what more specific you are and not leave anything off from what happened, better opinions you get.

With this blank question can only answer that yes, casinos can break their own T&C:s for many many reasons, usually they have one. Also if they do, they are usually ready to defend their decision against ADR or regulator so usually they have some reason why it's done.

Did you receive any message them as reply that they have received your request? Did they give you any reason why they haven't done that? How long time ago you contacted them and it didn't happen? Did you use your registered email address or how you contacted them?

Usually would expect them to reply you something if your message is received.

Play in casino what is under some legit license and welcome to community. In the last hand you can always take contact to licence holder and usually problem solved. Sure before that should use some other methods like PAB but casino licence in casino world is the only thing. Is it legit or not licence will tell.

I got several email back but none with them asking if i really wanted to close the account.
When i asked them the last time why they didnt close it they said that they thought that i only wanted bonuses.
And yes, i asked for loyaltybonus several times and he said that he should ask his manager. Then i told him that if they didnt have anything for me you can close this account.
Got an answer back where he said:
Sorry, but we dont have anything for you.
I answered.
Ok, then you can close this account for ever.

the thing is that he never ever asked if i wanted to close the account.
He said afterwords that i have in my page a self-exclusion button.
Bit in their T&C it says:
If you wish to close your Account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form.

Well the first thing you should do is self exclude for the maximum period from said casino and then ask for it to be shut completely.

My guess is you want that €4k back, not sure what would happen in that case to be honest.

But that is not the point, the point is that if i ask them to close it they should do it?

OK, well if you're not after the money, self exclude for the maximum time period (6years??) then ask the question, that way you can't access the casino for deposits

If you clearly have expressed that you want your account closed, would start by making complaint to casino and when they still say no, would follow their complaint process and bringing it to ADR they use. If you have clearly stated you want to close your account, there really shouldn't be any place for misunderstanding that you were asking bonus when you only wanted your account to be closed.

It's still bit impossible to give educated opinion when can't see everything word by word what's written but in general would guess that getting your deposits back (assume that what you want) is not really gonnna happen. If you have stated you have gambling problem, then it can be a different story but otherwise even MGA is not that strict in these. Refunding any deposits usually needs really good reasoning in them, one is having gambling problem but if just got denied from bonus request, don't really see it happening, also like they said, you could have done it any time through their website.

Casinos dont want to close accounts, couse they lose money if they do.

I asked a few casinos to close my accounts before.
Some did and some didnt want to do it until i had repeated what i wanted several times.

If you had told them that you have a gambling problem, they would have closed it (probably).

Yes you do, otherwise you would not of started this thread.

Sounds like you hounded them for bonuses, and threatened to close your account if they never gave you one.

Thats not how it works, you should of specifically gone on chat to ask in writing for your account to be closed, as per terms & conditions.

I assume this happened after the situation you had with Fortune Legends?

If so I want to stress again that you should look for help to tackle your gambling issue, not searching for get out of jail free cards.

And as you did not tell them about any gambling issue, and your closure requests were tied in with bonus requests I can only guess they considered it as a tactic to get bonuses, and not a genuine wish to have your account closed.
