CASINO 770 WON'T PAY ME

I won 1505 eurors in Oct. and have been going back and forth with Casino770 to pay me. they have only been promising me the money would be deposited in my bank account. I followed all the T&C and sent identiy documents as they requested. Everything was in order. They have only been promising please be patient you money will be sent to you. Last email from them on Dec. 20 was: "Please be assured that our payment agent has revalidated your 1505 € reimbursment and it will be processed once again by our bank.

HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT 10 OF THESE EMAILS. NO MONEY

Casinos "licensed" in Belize are bad news.

I believe they are connected to Casino Partouche a cheesy lookin French site with slots that look suspiciously like both IGT and Microgaming ripoffs.

First of all, Pearland - You live in Texas/USA from what i see - Looks like you speak french very well to be able to play on Casino770 - i will need your login / You can send it to me either in private message or email at jm@casino-partouche.co.uk , to check the following things :

1/ Did you play on Casino770 or Casino-Partouche.co.uk , because as you can read on Casino-Partouche.co.uk Home page, terms of services - Well everywhere :

US,France,Germany not allowed to Play

Us meaning of course not "we" but United States of America.

2/ If you did play on Casino770 - Did you have multiple accounts to use our free bonuses - If so, this is bad and we dont pay, its written in French in our Casino770 terms of services : Bonus Abuses = Account closed - Helps people to behave.

3/ When a withdraw is done, we will need ID and proof of address - did you send thoses, if thoses are not here, how can we know you are Pearland - If we dont have thoses informations, we will of course not pay you.

4/ If everything looks fine - you should be paid, if you have not been paid yet, ill make sure you get paid and thats it ;)

Hi,

Just to give an update on this case - Pearland is not in breach of our terms of services, playing on Casino770.com, which accepts Americans (obviously if they succeed to translate the website) - Also Pearland has no multiple accounts, is not a bonus seeker, and won with free bonus (no playthrough) which is completely regular.

I will now make sure she receives her payment, and i will also make sure to see where was the glitch with the accounting, which is most likely a human error on our side from my point of view.

Good to see a casino operator prepared to admit to a mistake, apologise and make things right for the player. Kudos, JM-Partouche.

I can think of another casino group catching flak on this and other fora at present who would do well to note the manner in which you are handling this.

Hi all,

Pearland please post back here and let us know if they do, in fact, make good on these promises. If they do pay, please let us know how long it took them to get you your money.

If they don't follow through then absolutely let us know that. I, for one, like to keep track of those that make promises and then slip quietly away.

I have the same problems with this casino.

Casino-partouche.co.uk won't pay me my winnings (115 Pounds). They only give me same empty promises every time I contact them. It's been over 4 months since I requested my withdrawal :eek:

Avoid this place!

Four months???

Have you PABd? If not, please do so I can give the casino manager the pertinent information that he needs to take care of your situation.

well actually this one is easy - Poland has been for our risk mgt people not a good country, so it is not in our country list, as well as a few other dozen. And we have specifically written in red bold on the sign up page.

IMPORTANT POLICY :
Casino-Partouche.co.uk cannot accept customers with a credit card issued from France, Belgium, Germany and United States.

If your country is not listed below, you cannot be a member of casino-partouche.co.uk.

Its really easy to see because its just before the country SELECT - and also if you set another country, you wont be able to receive a withdraw because your wire informations wont match with your country informations.. I strongly advise you to use Casino770 that might accept Poland (under certain conditions of calling you and asking for proof of address).

apart from the terms of services + sign up page thing explained in my last post, i would like you to give me your login in email at jm@casino-partouche.co.uk (or jm@770.fr) and the emails you received from our customer services, i am very interested to see the empty promises, because if thoses have been made, we have the obligation to pay you.

Dear fyndet,

you know from another site i keep my promises dont you :)

I wanted to edit to say that mainly its not promises, but a guideline to follow for fair gaiming - its not really good for the trademark to detain 100 or even 5000 pounds... moreoever when we promised to pay, but for Pablo i would need his login name and a few more informations in email to sort it out :)

Hi Jean Marc! First of all I would like to thank you for answering to the previous threads and show that you really care about your concerned players.:)

But I have a question regarding the "countries" you mentioned in your thread that Ive quoted above. When I make a credit card deposit at casino partouche uk I am forced to chose a country that I believe is supposed to be MY country. Cause the correct name isnt stated. I live in Sweden, so I choose SUDE !! I believe in french you call it SUDE so SUDE is not in french either but its the closest I get. :eek2: Then when I read your answer to PUBLO I thought that Maybe my country isnt in the list at all and SUDE is another completely different country than SWEDEN:confused: if you get my point... and also there are 2 different columns for country. The first one is a list of US states to chose from ! wich is odd since they are not allowed to play. And the second one is the "one with the SUDE". please can you give me an explanation so that I dont have to worry about depositing to a casino I can never withdraw at. I mean what is the point in giving your money just to play for fun when I can do that absolutely free at casino-partouche. :eek: :(
