Casino 33 strange kick out player

If I may ask why do you think we are "rogue"?
because you send every day spammails to your customers and even to peoples like me, which are no more customers on your caisno, because they've closed their account since months ago!

and then these unwanted phone calls also to players which have even closed their accounts in your casino!

if you don't know, that this is false, then nobody can really help you!

You guys keep calling me from a 201-555-1212 number. I told you several times I will not be depositing at your casino. And I still stand on that promise.

Now how many times does someone have to tell you to stop calling and sending e-mails. You got eu_lowroller all upset because you continue to keep giving e-mails he does not want.

You guys call me in the inopportune time, my job, on my way home from work its ridiculous to keep pounding in your heads to stop. What do we have to do to get you guys to stop? I don't know about anyone else I think enough is enough. What do you think?

I think there must be some problem, after I'm given their username I can explain why they may be still getting emails and calls.
Is there other criteria to be a labeled as rogue casino?

I told you 100 times, that my account is closed, because I wanted to close my account, because of your unfriendly support and because you wanted from me a credit card copy,although i've never made any deposit, so you#re the roguest casino on earth!!!!!!!!

So i'll surely never send you any email from me, because then you will surely send me much more spammails!

Barry, here is a clue for you; People do not want to be called and they don't want unwelcome emails. You guys need to get off the boiler room tactics and leave people alone who don't want to be bothered. I've never been opposed to receiving 1 or 2 emails when a new casino opens. If they treat me well, I stay with them. If they spam me and I have a bad initial experience, I am done and I do not return. Someone from your casino fired off 3 early morning phone calls in rapid succession the other morning. I didn't answer and rather than leave just 1 voice mail, they proceeded to keep calling back. That is bullshit.

I still contend that this is a desperate business without much of an operating budget. To anyone who still dares to play there, how are they paying?

What an attitude. Shifting blame on the players by deducing that they have more than 1 account. Besides, not depositing at your casino does not mean they should be subject to such unwanted phone calls. You are only making things worse by these ill-judged statements of yours.

We don't spam, the player gave us the data when they signed up. Also a lot of people like it when we call, not only are we do a sales call we are calling to say hi also calling to say congrats on your win. A good example of this is a lady won 2.5k last week on $25.00 deposit and we called her to remind her to get the faxback form in and to say congrats. She was crying on the other end of the phone telling us she really needed the money for a hospital bill and the timing was perfect. After that call not one of the casino staff had dry eyes. She won on Thursday and was paid on Monday. I also speak with a another lady for an 1/2 hour at a time about the weather, her dogs, politics and a bunch of other things. I still call this person at least once a month to say hi. She has never made a deposit to the casino, and I doubt that she ever will but it's just nice to speak to someone like her.
Anyway not to get off track, I understand some people don't like phone calls and we respect that. But at the same time it is part of our marketing plan as email tends to get blocked over time, no matter what service you use. I would like to ask that you send me your usernames as one of you have done here already so I can remove you from all contact list. If you have more than one account please send them.

If the player has deposited, they may have been called to say welcome aboard and thanks. We also do this to weed out CC fraud, explain the rules and help with any concerns they may have.
If the player would send me the username I could then find out why and when they were called three times in a row as we keep data on phone call times.

You know what? I don't care if I get banned or whatever for this, but you are being a real ASSHOLE in this thread. Obviously you should also have never been given access to nominate posts, as obviously you abuse this function.

I can completely understand why casino reps don't come on here and be helpful because of immature people like yourself who have no other outlet other than an internet forum to blow off some steam.

Maybe Barry doesn't have the best communication skills (but certaintly more than you) and doesn't get his point across in the best way possible but geeeeezus he is making an effort.

We all want more insider info about casinos, and we are shooting ourselves in the foot by chasing away the people who can give us the information and help us the most. Why is it so hard to show some respect and common courtesy? Maybe I was raised differently. This thread is turning into an embarassement, IMO....
 
I personally like the heads up about whats going on. I use this forum to be aware of who i give my money. I personally tried casino33 months ago and i cant stand these people still. They have pounded my phone relentlessly, and it wasnt to congratulate me for any win, because i havent played there but once. They are really annoying with there calls, and i have no problem saying that this is rouge behavior. In the years ive played online i have never got calls telemarketing me for deposits. So to me, this unusual practice needs to be classifed as rouge because it is not the norm. And it is better to be made aware & cautious then to be taken advantage of. Thats what i feel is the true meaning of this forum. Heres some advice to Casino33, if your continuing to telemarket for deposits you might as well have on hand another item to sell such as a vacuum cleaner or some siding for a home, this might prove more profitable then asking for deposits.
