I know mate but as I said I had the same sort of issue all beit I withdrew to an expired card which was my error as I clicked the wrong card option.yeah, this is right.
Not a chance Vanquis will return it.
If it were me I would go for the casino, stating they deliberately sent it to the wrong account and as such they should pay again.
Can't see it being easy though as customer service is terrible.

On asking Cs how I was allowed to withdraw to card which was not my latest payment method they just went radio silent via email followed 18 hrs later by another email telling me it had been processed to the correct card and the expired card had been deleted.
So if it is the case their systems allowed a withdrawal to a, method which wasn't his latest deposit method and that money is now lost surely they have some responsibility here??

Also, might be worth looking at the fact it was a credit card, I can't remember from the top of my head what the rules are for withdrawals but might be worth looking at the UKGC rules, I'll have a look later or tomorrow when I get time if you can't find them. I know some casinos said if you wanted to withdraw to one you only had xx days to do so, not sure if that was a casino decision or part of the UKGC rules. If it was the UKGC then Casimba shouldn't have processed it.Aceking I am paying it monthly with what I can afford, these are winnings that I attained and were wrongly sent to an account I assumed closed not by me, but by error at Casimba...having used the same card for 12 months+ no way should this have gone there...
Have you got the letters from that time?Its a few years old Colin and I am paying Moorcroft monthly, yes they sold it on, but it was Vanquis I spoke to today who have the money and are ringing me back tomorrow....
