Hi

Could the @WhiteHatGaming rep please get in touch. I withdrew to my debit card as I had done previously but 9 days later it had not appeared in my account. Chat and accounts say it got sent to an old credit card I no longer have access to and wasn't even listed in my withdraw options. Please get in touch for help.

@LadyJelena could you possibly help

Tried to find the rep but walking sox so it’s a nightmare.

Thank you Playford, I am so stressed with this, chat wont have what im saying, I 100% withdrew to my usual account and they just keep saying it went to an old credit card which they have now deleted, why send it to an option I never chose and send it to a credit card which they then deleted as they know its wrong.

In my experience they always pay, well they have me for over 5 years no issues.

I can’t find the rep as I’m out with my dog and trying to multi task as a mere man is difficult lol.

but @LadyJelena has contacts at white hat and she’s a good lass and will help if possible.

you may need a Iban number etc, but sure other members will chime in.

Hi Colin, why what has been happening?

I 100% withdrew to the card I have used for at least the last 6 months, and def pressed that card when I withdrew, they are telling me I withdrew to a discontinued credit card.

Which they then deleted they say, after they saw it was a credit card?!!? well why send a withdraw to something I never chose and a credit card aswell!

Here is the screenshot of my withdrawl options, the only ones I use are the top visa and the paypal, I withdrew to 8750 and they say it was card ending #1763 which must be years ago and I don't even know what it was! then they deleted it?

I not ever had a issue, but I ain’t had that many withdrawals.

had £900 the other week in my account in hours, £400 also..

Used to be 3 working days but has always been quicker in my experience.

could really do with a active white hat rep, would do there business good.

This actually happend to me on 21 casino (same group) a cpl of weeks ago I withdrew to an expired debit card went on to live chat and explained what had happened.
Was informed if have to wait till it came back to them 48 hrs later received an email saying funds had come back and had been processed to the correct method.
Wait it out mate u will get your money

Trouble is Irish I have no idea what this number ending #1763 is, or if it even existed as I have not used anything with that number for years, I dont know what it is or where, I sent it to my card ending 8750, I know this 100% and you can see from my screenshot I have that at the top of the withdrawls.

I have used Casimba weekly for the last 6 months and had a cashout last year to 8750 no problems, I cant sleep at the moment with this, £1045 was a big cash out for me and they are adamant on the chat :(

They lied to me saying Skrill wasn't available in the UK
They lied to me saying they would do a manual payment to Skrill
They then ignored me and processed it by bank transfer after I specifically told them 'Do not process this by bank transfer'
The last response I got from them was the 16th December, to which they just ignored me and did what they wanted with no emails or anything to even bother telling me what had happened.
@WhiteHatGaming you are welcome to the ticket number if you want to have a look and tell me why you did the opposite of what I asked, and the opposite of what your T&C's say?

If these guys sorted out the shite customer service they wouldn’t be any other option to play at as they tick all the other boxes col.

So you never got sorted then Colin? no hope for me then...as that may have been an years old closed credit card account I can no longer access, so they did send the money.

But I 100% clicked the option to my most recent debit card and deffo not a credit card, how can they justify sending it to a years old credit card I never chose and then deleting it, knowing it was wrong to do so! my £1045 has vanished and I have had no sleep...

I had a withdraw to an expired debit card once, and the bank eventually finds your funds and credit it to you, but if your not banking with them anymore then I don't know

Yes the bank transfer went through, but that was luck as they regularly fail to that account. The point was they told me they would pay by skrill, didn't then didn't even reply.

What can I do then? they won't tell me what bank or credit card they sent it to...they say I have to contact them, I haven't used that card in ages and think its from an account that was closed as I was behind in payments. I literally made sure my withdrawl was sent to my debit card but yet they did this, sent it to a credit card and then deleted the credit card as credit cards shouldnt be used.

On chat now and they wont tell me the bank or try to get it back....totally gutted, this was £1045 ;(

If the card was closed and sent to a collection agency (as you imply), the money may still be accepted by the card issuer and offset against the debt, depending on how long ago it was and whether the debt remains owned by the lender or has been sold to a debt purchaser.

Best thing to do is search through emails etc and find other references to that card number to track down which lender it was.

Chances are however that it will bounce back to Casimba eventually.

I think the casino should at least be able to share the BIN with you (first 6 digits) to at least let you identify what bank it went to.
Is there any reason they can't tell him the full card details? Surely it's part of his data so a SAR would provide it.

Regarding it going back to the card. Firstly WHG have a policy where it has to go back to the deposit method don't they? So if they didn't do that there is cause for complaint.
If the account is fully closed, ie a third party have bought the debt, then theres a good chance it will bounce back. If the account is still owned by the card company, but a debt collection agency is managing it, it will come off the debt.

If live chat speak to payments, payments will be able to supply the info.

Hi they have given me these numbers, they wont give me bin number

"These are the only reference numbers I am able to provide you with 1519109671349233 & Acquirer Reference - 101810306650"

and is that true about the deposit method Colin, I have talked to loads on chat now but just going round in circles, I 100% never withdrew to it an old credit card as I am very careful always not to do so, it was withdrawn to my last deposit debit card which I have been using every week for months on Casimba

Then they go and withdraw it to a credit card!

I can't find anything with the above numbers or acquirer search, they refuse to give me the bin number or full card number or attempt to get the refund back and put it where I withdrew it to.

I need to get this sorted asap as very stressed, I had used Casimba weekly for months with the same deposit method, my debit card, I finally get a £1045 withdraw and this happens! please help reps...
