Casimba contact? Ignoring me

Hi,

I’m looking for some help if possible. I have self excluded from every online casino I can think of. On bad judgment and emotions running high I managed to open an account with casino. And then losed x amount.

I have self excluded from a few other online casino affiliated with casimba such as 21casino, spinstation.

I have emailed casimba to ask why I was able to open an account to gamble. When it should not of been the case and I shouldn’t of been blocked.

I am wasting time or is there a chance my deposits will be returned?

Yes I used the same details. Apart from the debit card I used because I got a new one. But email, name, d/o/b are all the same.

Email support is terrible.

Hi, I have tried contacting the live chat. But they just forward me onto emails which take 5-7 working days before getting an answer. It’s terrible.

Just be patient with it I'm sure they have to give you any deposits made by the uk gambling commission.

Few other members on here will know exactly the way it goes.
