Cashmio a brand spanking new casino is giving the BBF a go. The operations are new, but the casino peeps have been around the block a few times. So instead of 60 day BBF period - it's 120 days. :D

You can sign up here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/static/goto.php?c=cashmio

And their rep is Mr. Keith Hathaway - who has informed me that this is his fourth BBF that he has supervised (all successfully so far), and that he knows the drill. :D

They are using Gig software for their backend management system (same as Guts, Rizk etc,) but the company ownership and operation is stand alone. So no they are not connected to Guts by ownership.

Licensed in Malta and the UK - they have your standard NetEnt package - and more.

Please give them a go, and give us your thoughts in this thread.

Good luck!

Hi Boys & Girls,

It's good to be back and thank you for the welcome Bryan. I am truly excited to be part of the launch of Cashmio, I believe this is such an exciting new Casino backed by not just business people but people who truly love Casino and I think that will show as you play.

Sign up, give it a go. Meet "Benny The Bonus Manager" and tell us what you think, the good and the bad. We will always listen and try to keep our players happy wherever we can. It is a Casino made by players so it is in our blood.

One of the others in the team will also join so any questions will be to either of us but I will introduce him later when he has opened his account.

Speak to you all soon, it is going to be fun!

looks good but my country code is not listed, so cant sign up
im not in a restricted country though.

Hi The Viking,

We are looking into this now, from experience there has been issues with The Faroe's before due to many back ends due to the linking with Denmark and we do not take Danish players. I am aware some operators separate the countries also, but let us get back to you asap!

The site looks great!

Just picked up the following clause:

All winnings of 50,000 EUR or more (excluding progressive jackpot wins), we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten installments, paid with 10 per cent of the winning sum every month until the full amount is paid out.

Would be nice if it can be amended.

I signed up yesterday and played for most of the evening just from the 20 freespins on Aloha, even made a small cashout of 80 euro's so I'll report back on how quickly they pay. It's a nice looking frontend though and they have ton's of games, didn't have any lag or disconnections either so that made a refreshing change from the recent grief Iv been having playing elsewhere. Thumbs up so far from me

Feedback received, we have a meeting with Bryan at the affiliate conference in Amsterdam next week. I am an old hat at Baptisms but it is the owners first one so of course we will discuss what will be needed to meet the requirements or not on our terms and conditions. Watch this space.

Hi Guys,

Tivoli was one and my most recent, my first was Redbet with the legend of the time, Redbet Andy, and I was at Boylesports in between. Making me sound old but there is 6 years or so in this time!

And no, it is not the same owners in any way. Cashmio is set up by a group of people who have been involved in online gaming for many years and who have a passion for Casino. Hopefully you will all see that!

Looks a decent site, good people so already on top of my pages! The bloody Rhino's there on the landing page, prominently, too.....:eek2:

I would also like to introduce you guys and girls to "Hannes_Cashmio", who as you may guess is Hannes from Cashmio with a title of "Boss of Everything"!

Also not hard to work our Hannes is a Swede, and has a long history in Casino and we first worked together at Redbet back in the day. Hannes lives and breathes Casino and will truly take on board and constructive feedback you have.

So please join me in welcoming Hannes to Casinomeister and feel free to message either of us any time.

I would have liked to have given them a go, but see the UK licence they use (039575-R-319439-002) is also used for:

casinoland.com

instacasino.com

rizk.com

dunder.com

tomscasino.com

guts.com

betspin.com

Which, unfortunately I think I may have SE'd from one of these in the past so stops me from opening an account and playing here. Shame really as MT Securetrade Ltd was proven to be really good from memory.

Bryan said it was a stand-alone site in the OP. If that's the case they don't have to (unless they choose to) cross reference you with those other sites. There is no UKGC requirement that specifically states you should be SE'd from separate casinos under any one license. EM obviously choose to do so when it suits them (cash-out time  ) and we know Guts/Rizk/Betspin choose to and are making every attempt to do so properly by cross-referencing at registration. As Max says, there is no rule that states they must NOT pay you if you play at another site in a group while SE'd from another (we all went into this in detail back in another thread.)

It would however be useful if Cashmio made a definitive statement on the matter you've raised.

Hi Richy,

Unfortunately yes this will be an issue, we share a license as we use IGC software and their licenses, so self exclusion is from all.

If that were not permanent you are free to open an account as soon as the self exclusion expires. However, if you have permanently self excluded then this does mean you cannot play at Cashmio.

We have to take this very seriously and there is no way around this.

Sorry!

Hi Keith,

Thanks for the quick reply. Alas, another reason why SE needs to be used correctly (I used it to freeze a dormant account) so a lesson learnt!

It wouldn't have been a permanent SE as I like to return to casinos after a little break away to see if luck changes. Not sure when it expires, will check on this shortly.

Cheers

Richard

A few questions Keith before i start thinking to register at your site (that you accept Ecopayz is already a big plus):

1. Can i open an account in AUD?
2. Is Ecopayz as deposit/withdrawal method available for me residing in Thailand?
3. Charging 2.5% for withdrawals is pretty steep to be honest; that is 25$ on 1K withdrawal, 50$ on 2K, 100$ on 4K - are you serious??? :eek2: or are you offering then at least instant payments during your "opening hours 9.00am-23.00pm?
4. You can process withdrawals to Paysafe Card? That is new to me.
5. Can i withdraw winnings if i have not touched the bonus part of my balance?
6. Quoting your bonus terms:

Players from the following countries are eligible for the welcome bonus and free spins; Australia, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Malta, Sweden and UK.

Yet another casino discriminating 90% of the world. What makes those players in the "privileged" countries so different to us "low lifes" in the ROW that we are not allowed to enjoy a welcome bonus?

7. Opening hours 09.00am - 23.00pm - so i cannot play between 23.01pm and 08:59am??? ... just kidding :D :D is there at least email support available in the "off hours"?

I think that's it for now. Thanks in advance for your answers :)

P.S. Sorry to say this but what i have seen so far, does not make you stand out from the crowd aka Rizk, Videoslots or Bet-AT. Looks to me like any other average multi-platform hangout.

Hey, please see replies to your points below!

A few questions Keith before i start thinking to register at your site (that you accept Ecopayz is already a big plus):

1. Can i open an account in AUD?
No, at the moment we offer Euro only currency

2. Is Ecopayz as deposit/withdrawal method available for me residing in Thailand?
Yes, Ecopayz is on our list of payment methods

Yes this is the fee and we are very transparent with it, but your objection to the amount is noted.

4. You can process withdrawals to Paysafe Card? That is new to me.
It looks like this may be an error on the Payment FAQ's so thank you for showing us this, you may deposit only with Paysafe card.

5. Can i withdraw winnings if i have not touched the bonus part of my balance?
Yes

6. Quoting your bonus terms:

We are sorry you feel this way but we do not see it as discrimination at all and is very standard in Casinos, these are countries we actively target and incentivise with bonus but we we take players from any country we are allowed to do so and treat all our players as well as possible.

7. Opening hours 09.00am - 23.00pm - so i cannot play between 23.01pm and 08:59am??? ... just kidding :D :D is there at least email support available in the "off hours"?
This is the Customer Service hours, you may obviously play 24 hours a day.

I think that's it for now. Thanks in advance for your answers :)

Hey, please see replies to your points below!

Keith

you said yes to the question can you cashout if you haven't touched your bonus? In your terms it states....

10.Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus amount and associated winnings will be forfeited.

So no should be the answer because you would lose your winning if you cashed out early?

Any time frame as to when you might offer AUD or other currencies?

2. Is Ecopayz as deposit/withdrawal method available for me residing in Thailand?
Yes, Ecopayz is on our list of payment methods

Yes, it is. But e.g. at Guts (who are using the same platform as you do) Canadians can use EP but me in Thailand cannot.

Transparency is surely commendable, it doesn't change though that the fees are the highest i have seen so far. You should offer at least 1 free withdrawal/week. Could you please also state if you process withdrawals instant - a few hours during your office hours, considering that you charge for them? I am OK with fees but then i expect quicker payments and not "average Joe".

4. You can process withdrawals to Paysafe Card? That is new to me.

Welcome :)

5. Can i withdraw winnings if i have not touched the bonus part of my balance?
Yes

wobble33 asked this in the post above. See your terms, paragraph 10 which contradicts your answer.

I do feel indeed discriminated as i am left out from your promotions because of my home address. It is as if my dollars are less worth than those from players in those "exclusive" countries. Online casinos offer games globally, yet decided that only a few countries are eligible for "the goodies" they offer. I find that very unfair.

7. Opening hours 09.00am - 23.00pm - so i cannot play between 23.01pm and 08:59am??? ... just kidding is there at least email support available in the "off hours"?

Is email support available during "OFF" hours?

I think that's it for now. Thanks in advance for your answers

Nowadays you need to bring out a unique reward system, like VS, Rizk and Bet-At are doing and only then you will stand out among the 1000's of available online casinos, otherwise you will just swim along with the bulk of them.

Good luck with your adventure!!!
